They forgot my teriyaki chicken. They walked away from my plate to fulfill orders they had on hold for broccoli beef. I walked to the register and just saw someone walk to the counter with my order. I didn’t notice they had just closed it and walked to the counter without the teriyaki chicken.

I’ve always loved Panda! But you gotta try the new steak and shrimp! Steak was tender, and just enough spice to not be too over spiced. It does add like $1.50 but worth it!

For the second time in 6 months this location has not done basic QC on the outgoing orders for delivery. In both cases, only half of my order was delivered, while the remaining part of my order sat on the counter behind the cashier, who clearly did not check to make sure the entire order went out correctly.
I then have to call to confirm it’s there and drive over to pick it up, meanwhile the food that was delivered is getting cold. What exactly am I paying for if I’m doing the job of not only Panda, but the 3rd party delivery service?
No real apologies given, but a supposed “credit” , no proof, written down on an in store log book. Do better!

Absolutely horrible customer service and lazy employees. The manager is obviously terrible at thier job. Massive line of customers waiting to be served and the staff can barely be bothered to do thier job. Only 2 people working behind the counter and they had no sense of urgency or desire to serve anyone. They just looked bored and slow and lazy. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to serve one customer I had to leave. I won’t be coming back. And I dont recommend anyone else to either unless you have an hour to waste while the employees finish talking amongst themselves and finally decide to SLOWLY and LAZILY help serve customers. Worst experience I’ve ever had at panda express.

Skip the Santee location. 45 min wait for Panda Express is ridiculous, especially considering there were only 5 people ahead of me in line at the store. They need to meter their online orders, expand their food prep area, and hire more staff. Until they make changes, this place is a nightmare.

Messed up my order. Asked for chow mien and they gave me veggies. Small portions compared to other stores and previous visits to that store. Rushed us through our ordering at 7pm even though they didn’t close for 2 more hours. To be fair this has only happened to me once before at that location.

Chow Mein and Fried rice especially look, smell, and taste burned, the rice is especially obvious.
They should have been able to catch it and toss it out and make a new batch. Guess they were waiting for someone to call in or come back passed off instead of just letting me or anyone else in line know, I wouldn’t have minded waiting a couple more minutes instead of wasting my money.

I spent over $30+ for 3, 2 item plates. They put them in bowls and they only put 1 item in each bowl. We were missing an extra item each and 3 plates of half fried rice and half noodles! The sticker says exactly what I ordered but the person put the label on bowls instead of plates. They fixed it for me by giving me the plates. But they made another mistake! They messed up on one of the orders. They put the wrong item in there again! I’ve had it with this place. I’m never coming here again!
If you don’t know how to read instructions or labels, then you shouldn’t be working there!

Today is August 22 Monday, came in to this store at 9:08 I ordered 2 plates with total of 4 sides of kung Pao chicken, they said I’ll take 8 minutes.
I pick the plate I sit out side because they want to close
I opened my plate it was only vegetable of kung pao no chicken in it at all. I hope they understand they close by 9:30 if they close earlier I wouldn’t come at all
Please please I understand your situation you guys wants to close but it’s not nice to not doing your job.
By the way I went back to them they said they will tell the Cheff.
