Great staff and management! Always greeted with a smile and hello. I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience. Any minor inconvenience (rare) has been resolved easily and instantly by their awesome staff and manager.

The staff member told us there would be a 5-10 minute wait for queso and when it was ready, she’d bring it to the table. We waited well over 10 minutes and it’s as if she completely forgot (there was no one else in there). We ended up going to get it and she gave us only one, when our friends were waiting for queso too. On top of that, she didn’t give us our drinks and wasn’t even apologetic. This location consistently has terrible service and dirty tables. Also, the queso is now watered down and just not good.

Shoutout to Alex!! He is the ideal worker any company would die to have. He was very professional and was extremely kind. I had called in asking him questions and he understood me right away, was patient with me and even had me laughing, giving me a ton of relief in my worries. Unfortunately I’ve come to the conclusion to stop coming to this specific location due to the value of food.
The queso never tastes right, and the amount of chips that come with the nachos/bowls is obsurd
How do you gather giving me more chips for queso than a whole three cheese nacho meal.
This has been an issue for a few years now, they’ve slowly started filling the bags less and less, and now they have quarter size bags compared to the normal ones, that are barely filled, and mostly crumbs.
We’re talking kids lunchable size bags for a whole nacho.
I’ve deemed this as a location issue as menomonee falls, brookfield and Oconomowoc stores are on point

I always try to find the positive, and can be really understanding, but this was just too much wrong not to say something.
The service was terrible, obviously the server really didn’t want to be here. The food was barely warm, and my meat was super greasy, even the ice on the soda machine is broken and they have no other ice available (which would have been nice to know before ordering a fountain drink). Like the comments below, the dining room was filthy, and the one clean table just had a dirty rag sitting on the table.

Waited 15 minutes after pickup time for my order. Found a burrito and drink missing out of the sealed bag and the rest of the food was cold, as well as multiple items that were made incorrectly. Apparently everyone working is also above answering the phone, so don’t waste your time unless you really like hold music. Would rate negative if possible.

I stood in line waiting for my order to be taken. It appears they were under staffed. There were 6 people waiting on to go orders. The young man behind the counter was trying to keep up with the to go orders as well as help with the cashier. The cashier was more worried about being on his phone and sipping his drink. The young man who was making to go orders had to then go over and bag all of the orders (while cashier was standing there on his phone)! I over heard one worker tell a customer a list of employees quiting soon. The store was dirty. I seldom write reviews, but this experience was horrible!

Ordered food online for pick up… meal wasn’t even started by the time it said it should be ready. Confirmed to make sure chips were in the bag for nachos, they said yes and got home and they weren’t. Birria meat was burnt too.

I asked for my burrito to be grilled and the cash register person refused to remove wrapper and said it’s the same and whispered something to the builder. I hope when he receives that treatment he recalls doing this experience. I would have rather gone to you-know-where instead

This place had gone down hill. I used to enjoy eating there. Not anymore. Their assembly food line is a joke. The same person making online orders is making the in person orders so those people are standing in line waiting as the line gets longer and longer. They’ve been out of brown rice for a few days now. You would think they would have someone who knows how to roll a burrito on that part of the assembly line – wrong.
I don’t see myself eating there again anytime soon.
