I was a bit skeptical going here but it was pretty good for me. Greeted pleasantly by the lady behind the counter when I entered. She asked if I had an app order and I said yes. She got my name and said it would be done shortly. Sure enough, it was like a 2 minute wait, if that. Order was accurate and the lady was pleasant. Tasted just like the type of sub that I order at my local Jersey Mike’s. I would go here again if I was in the area.

With the exception of dibella’s, Jersey Mike’s is the top tier sub place in the area. I would probably say they’re tied in quality and taste with Dibellas.
Otherwise it’s a very nice location, small but completely workable. I don’t know what’s up with all of the oddly negative comments in the reviews. I know this location is like a doordash and GrubHub Haven so it could be connected to people needing to wait a little longer than expected to get back on their.
We have never had to wait for an order cuz we always order ahead, but we have watched people having to wait a reasonable amount of time because only two or so people are running the place at a given time.
But on that note, I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees there, they’re always extremely friendly and charismatic and genuinely want to know how your day is going.

Where’s the meat?? When you pay $18 for a sandwich you should have more than 1/4 lb of meat on it. I was there 1/14/26 It was 95% bread with just a very thin sliver of cheese and almost no meat. Won’t be coming to this location anymore

Got to Ohio and ordered Jersey Mike’s for a quick bite. Never had it before. It was very good, but that oil and vinegar makes the bread super soggy. But then again, the oil and vinegar made that sandwich good! Catch 22, I suppose. My sandwich was good.

came in at the peak of lunchtime to pick up my online order. only 3 employees and they were awesome. moved quickly and worked so hard to get through the lunch rush. I was a little early to pick up my order but they moved quickly to get me my food. Really great staff!
