QDOBA never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. I love the variety of toppings and that you can fully customize your bowl or burrito without feeling rushed. The queso is hands-down one of the best out there — creamy, rich, and the perfect addition to anything on the menu. Portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick even during busy hours. Great value for the quality and consistency. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a solid meal!

Like other reviews said they shutdown 2 hours early and make it look like they are shutdown when actually open. The girl who greeted me as soon as I came in said they only had pork and ground beef when I could clearly see steak. They did not honor the spin the wheel. No hot sauce and no chili corn salsa either. How is that possible to advertise a new menu item and be out of it. If you don’t want the service then shutdown.

Lunchtime staff was extremely impolite, especially after driving back to have them make the correct bowl after they switched my order with the next person in line. Nothing but polite with them, even given the circumstances, and received an attitude back from the cashier that I haven’t experienced in a long time when dealing with anyone in customer service. They didn’t know what was on their menu (had to open the app to read the ingredients of the steak fajita quesadilla to the preparer my first time through the line). Had they treated the error with actual sincerity and made it right (compensation for the hassle or even just an actual apology), I would have never left a review. Mistakes happen, doesn’t mean fixing it needed to be handled so poorly. Disappointing.

20 minutes in the line. Sat waiting for 7 online orders to be made. Multiple people left the line and went somewhere else. I understand that these orders also need to be made but not giving walk ins any priority at all is absurd. Guy at cashier was nice but the experience was horrible. The reason I gave three stars is because they didn’t have barely anything left that we wanted the food was gone and they weren’t making anymore, it felt like the meat which was steak wasn’t cooked all the way but the flavor was good, the queso tasted as if it had sat out all day long. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, the staff wasn’t really friendly very rushy when there was no one inside waiting in line but me and my family. This was our first time trying this place ever I’ve always heard nothing but good things about it but tonight it wasn’t great at all and I’m very disappointed for the price we spent on all the food we purchased. If I could get my money back I would honestly or I would take a gift card and maybe give it another try. The food wasn’t cheap by no means but to be very disappointed and the food was not great at all. Went to the alpine location they really need to do better when it comes to customer service and making sure the food is fresh and making sure everything stays stocked at all times if possible. Everything we asked for all’s well heard was we don’t have anymore and that was just about everything we asked for. I feel like we wasted 65.00 bucks to be disappointed. Qdoba please do better. I’m a food critic and I go around to different places trying different foods and to try this for the very first time ever I was disappointed I must say.

When ordering my kids meal, I asked if I could have chips on the side and although it is not normally allowed, the mail said that I could have the chips on the side and then the female that was working, proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I couldn’t have my chips on the side, even though her coworker said that I could. This made it a very nasty environment that I did not want to be in and she continued to glare at me while I checked out. I will never be returning to this Qdoba again. The lady also said that I was not allowed to get rice on my bowl. So I ended up leaving with a bowl of nacho cheese.

You can customize your food. They have a great selection of toppings for burritos, tacos and bowls. Soups are good. The salsa selection is great. Free queso on your meal is a wonderful perk.

Came today around 2pm and had great service. Friendly customer service, in and out, and a FULL bowl. Usually I go to a different qdoba, ill definitely be frequenting this one instead now.

Gave 3 star only because, I gordered it to pick up, and I got there before it was supposed to be ready, and it was already cold. Also they didnt put the lid on right so when I picked it up it got all over the bag.
