Food was okay overall. The standout was definitely the guacamole — free and genuinely excellent, honestly the best part of the meal.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and were at times outright rude, particularly toward customers who had been waiting a long time for their orders, including my wife. The dining area was disappointing as well — seating was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned all day.
There was also zero hand sanitizer available at any of the stations, and no silverware where it should have been. I had to get back in the long line just to ask for utensils from behind the counter, which added unnecessary frustration.
This location has potential, but cleanliness, basic supplies, and customer service need serious improvement.

The food tasted okay, but it was a little dry and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The portion sizes were also noticeably smaller compared to other Qdoba locations in the area.
The staff seemed unenthusiastic and not as friendly as what I’ve experienced at other Qdobas. The atmosphere could also use some improvement — a few tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while.
I’d recommend visiting one of the other Qdoba locations nearby instead.

Don’t recommend ordering online. They say completed for online orders in the app, but then wait to make them in store when you arrive. Happened the last 3 times we went.
Also they forget a lot of ingredients and toppings in online orders. We had ordered a quesadilla with multiple toppings and 3 sauces. Opened it up and had just chicken and cheese. No sauces, non of the extra toppings. For the money you pay you should expect everything you order and good service and it’s just not there at this location.

SUPER friendly!! I came in right after they opened, and everyone was so friendly. They even took the time to put tin foil over my bowl because the plastic lid wasn’t staying on. Person working the register was amazing and fun to chat with!

I was highly disappointed. I needed a quick meal to satisfy my appetite and they were out of beans and guacamole and veggies TWO hours before closing time like why are you serving food to customers if you are out of certain products that’s beyond ridiculous. Waste of a trip.

Beware of online orders. Somehow managed to give me a tiny burrito (less than half the size; I’m guessing less than 400 calories for a meat burrito with ample filling choices,) but it’s also ripped in half and spilling everywhere like you’d see with a giant, overstuffed one. Puzzling and astonishingly disappointing for a burrito that’s almost $20.

I placed a mobile order at this location for a mini bowl. When I got to my location to eat to my surprise they missed several ingredients; the guacamole, sour cream, queso Diablo and the corn salsa. I couldn’t return the food because I was on a lunch break. I was very disappointed because this location isn’t far from work and it was convenient so I didn’t have to spend most of my break commuting. I will not be back to this location, I’d rather drive a distance next time.

Passing through after a business trip stopped in for a burrito, it was ok. The price was what I expected . The appearance was a bit dirty looking, (trash pile in kitchen. Floors felt slippery like they needed mopped, staff was not the friendliest. They did their job, could have been a long day and they were tired. I will look at other options in the area next time.

Presentation is everything . This was poorly put together . Not appealing, The jalepenos are not pitted and sliced properly along with the huge slices of onion thrown on there . The black beans either were not cooked thoroughly or there was something hard with a dark brown color . Food was like warm at best which I don’t understand . I Wouldn’t recommend ordering online . They clearly do not care . Also , didn’t get the extra sauce I paid for .
