i never write reviews, but i really want to give this feedback because i think it’s important to learn from.
today i ordered my food ahead of time, because usually online orders take a tad longer.. which is understandable i work in customer service.
i came in 10 minutes after the app told me my food was done, and was told it was going to be a while… she gave me a free drink which i appreciated. but it was the fact that they were only prioritizing in house orders, there was at least 4 people waiting in line for online orders as well. i waited at least 30 minutes inside and online orders still were not being prioritized. i totally respect that in house orders are important, but people who ordered stuff online also need to be recognized.. if you can’t handle both you shouldn’t have an online system. i hope this feedback helps in the future!

I worked A 16 hour shift and I wanted some Qdoba I came into the restaurant and the two ladies in the front was not very friendly. They look like they were mad at each other or something I don’t know but anyways I got my bowl. I asked for white rice the lady put a big glob of rice in my bowl. Looks like it was old. I asked her to take it out. She took it out, crumbled it up and put it back. I didn’t complain. The steak was not cooked all the way and they just slap my stuff together being that I always come there I did not complain. I just took it home when I cut the steak open. It was pink. I wanna leave this review because I come there all the time to give me and my children food but this time it was not good at all. I enjoy getting fresh food, fresh rice fresh ingredients by everything was cold and nasty.

I typically never leave reviews but if there was a negative star I would give it. After placing an online order and waiting 30 mins past the “your order will be ready” time I received the food and it was incorrect. The person making the online orders had no urgency in preparing the food and the line kept growing. All together I waited 50 minutes for incorrect food. If I could have canceled the order I would have and taken my business elsewhere. Another person left without receiving their order due to the waiting time length.This establishment needs to be addressed by upper management immediately!

Delivered via Door Dash (this time) Fresh food. Good guacamole, pico and chips. I wouldn’t get the mixed beans again, to me just the black beans. The rice mix was good. The shrimp lacked flavor to me so I would just prefer a veggie bowl.

Foods decent enough but there’s literally no point in ordering ahead in the app. You’re going to spend 20 minutes sitting inside while the slowest person in the world makes every single to go and DoorDash and they have 2 full workers on front line. Walk in customers are in and out and to go orders are waiting 20+ minutes

Ordered delivery. I ordered a regular Coke and instead received a half-frozen Diet Coke. When I called to ask for a partial refund, I was told that refunds weren’t possible. The lady was rude to me and she hung up on me. Quite disappointed with how I was treated.

So very shocked at how this Qdoba is being run lately. We don’t know what is going on but it is awful. Nobody knows what they are doing, the place and the place is absolutely disgusting. Yesterday we went and every table was not just dirty, but the food was so caked on and stuck that when I asked a worker if they could wipe the tables so we could sit, they had to scrub pretty hard to get the food on. I also don’t think the trash cans had been emptied all day. See pictures. The lines are long, they are all very slow at making food, the food behind the counter was everywhere, and all over the counter and floor. It is so odd. It’s been a great place to eat for years but lately, seems to be having a lot of trouble. Won’t be returning any time soon.

We ordered 3 orders of chips and only got 1. We tried using points to get half of chips and queso and we didn’t get that. They were out of half of the things to order. Overall it wasn’t a very good experience.

Well, I was going to call Jackson County health department, but I can’t quite find those numbers and I’m not gonna take any more time. I see that corporate seems to monitor these so I’m going to go ahead and list my rating as a one, although I wouldn’t Say that about the food, the food actually did taste good. The concern is filth. Sunday afternoon yesterday, and 3 people working visible.We get that though it’s hard to staff these places. 1person isn’t enough to fill the orders. One girl would come over and check people out, but otherwise, she was multitasking. The tables were a little bit dirty, but not any worse than what we’ve seen at other places. Our real concern was the tea canisters and the soft drink machine. These were disgustingly filthy. I am pretty sure that the black spots all over the tea was mold. And as for the soft drink machine, the side of it the right side, which was exposed is filthy and grimy- clearly has not been cleaned in a long time that is not one day use. fortunately, we weren’t getting any drinks. We were just there to get some silverware. Obviously, we already had our food in hand and we just literally prayed, dear God don’t let us get sick from this. Had we seen the filth in the beverage area before we ordered we probably would’ve walked out. Because when you see Such filth out in the open, You got a wonder what it looks like in back and in the cooking area and refrigerator area. We’ve all seen at least one episode of kitchen nightmares.
