lowkey so disgusted from this place. i love qdoba but northville’s qdoba just seems so… foul. the food is poorly prepared and subpar compared to other qdoba. the taco salad tortilla bowls are ALWAYS undercooked.
anyways, i ordered at the restaurant a few days ago. i brought it back and began eating. there was a literal piece of white plastic in my food. i thought it was a piece of lettuce. no, it was a white piece of paper covered in guac. i pulled it out of my mouth and put it in the bag alongside this giant uncut jalapeño pepper top.
i was so disgusted i didn’t want to eat it anymore. however, i got over it quickly and it was still pretty good. not to mention i paid for extra guac so i finished it ngl..

Placed an online order for two bowls and waited 20 minutes before picking it up. When I arrived, the food still was not made and there were no other orders ahead of me.
I picked up the food and both were missing almost every ingredient besides the sauce and beans.
I went back to complain and the manager, Rigel, told me that it was probably because they ran out of ingredients and could not do anything more. He did give me a 2 free entree, but the following day, he told me that he doesn’t recall this interaction despite me coming 3x to complain AND getting a note written by him.
The worst interaction I have ever had. The workers are not properly trained and it is constantly dirty. They do not care about customers.

I went here today and ordered food. (This was an online pick up order). The employees were like zombies! They didn’t greet me or say anything. I got outside and took a bite of my taco and there was a whole avocado peel with the sticker still on it in my taco! I will never visit this location or any other qdoba ever!

I came in tonight with my 2 year old grandson. The food was fresh and tasty. Kevin was so helpful and accommodating putting my order together. The two girls, both named Madison were just so sweet and friendly. They went above and beyond to help this tired grandma out. Next time I want Qdoba, I will drive a little out of my way to go to this location. Well done team, I saw you and appreciate you!!

Around 2:00 my boyfriend and I went to ordered the 3 cheese queso bowl but were extremely disappointed by the low quality service. We go to QDOBA often but never had anyone not fill the bowl even half way till now. There was maybe four pieces of chicken, not even a half a scoop of beans, and a pinch of lettuce. The counter was disgustingly dirty, nothing was filled, and the person serving us was extremely rude and seemed upset to have to do his job. When we got there, no one was at the counter, and it took a minute for him to even come out of the back and take our order. Will not be going to this location again

The pictures speak for themselves. I ordered through the Qdoba app for pick up – 4 different Bowls. 1 of the bowls (Keto) was filled less than Half!! The other one was filled about half (Queso Chicken) and the other 2 were filled about 3/4th!
The food quality was good, but cold. Deleting Qdoba app and definitely not going to this location anymore.

I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle, however, after visiting the Notthville location. I have decided to just stop eating at Qdoba. I ordered a quesadilla, added brown rice, which was poorly cooked or old. It was not hot, which unbelievable, because the Belleville and Clinton Twp, quesadilla are always hot and well prepared. The server put child portion of protein, which is sad. Moreover, I moved up so the next person could order, and stepped back to the steam table to add toppings, only to find my food was boxed up.She never asked what toppings I wanted, just put what she assumed I wanted. I gave a 3 star rather than a 1 star because the cashier was very polite and professional. Serve others the the way you wish to be serve.
