EDIT, changed from 1 star to 5 stars (8/27/2024): I am happy to announce that since they totally redid this location, it has vastly improved. The restaurant is much cleaner and the employees are great. Good job Qdoba.
So I want to break down my order. I was like, wow, why did they give me that little bag of chips but gave my coworker a big bag of chips, and we ordered the same order, so I thought that was pretty odd. Let’s talk about my steak Burrito.
In my first three bites, I thought, wow, they forgot the steak, Lettuce sour cream sauce, and cheese.
In my fourth bite, I got a mouth full of sour cream and lettuce, and then that is when the person wrapping this burrito in a ball did not GAF, lol.
But my biggest takeaway is why my co-worker got a big bag of chips for the same price I paid to get a small bag.
Like theres catering orders not on the pick up area. There’s straws, forks, and paper everywhere on the floor.
There’s salsa stains on the table with no self care like sanitizer and paper towel to compensate.
Wet spot sign just on the floor.
I’ve liked plenty dank holes on the wall, but food isn’t even that great either. There weren’t horror stories like soot sears on the quesadilla, but my cheese crust was paper thin, and mostly in the center. It practically fuses into the oil on the sides.
If it was any less streamlined with prep like American fast food, this wouldn’t survive a year.
