I wouldn’t go here again if the food was free…the customer service was horrible as well as the food. How do you sell sarachi (hot) chicken fingers and don’t have the hot sauce to put on the chicken… it’s just plain chicken fingers. I asked the young man about it at the window and he said ” I didn’t take your order” I actually wanted my money back but I was visiting so I knew I would not be returning… the atmosphere was giving I don’t want to be here…

I went through the drive-through and ordered chicken fingers with buffalo sauce. I got back to the office and noticed it was leaking in the bag. Upon a closer look, it appears the sauce container was chewed on by a mouse. From now on, when I want fried chicken I will go to Chic-fil-a.

The cashier at the redstone arsenal Popeyes had terrible service. First they don’t have any chicken ready for spicy and said we have to wait but yet only offers breast and then when you ask for all dark meat because they don’t have any ready the cashier charged each individual piece so I ended up paying 36 dollars for 8 pieces and then had to wait for almost 30 minutes for them to cook it. They have terrible customer service especially to serve to those on post!!!

Fast and efficient. Got the wings, mixed ghost pepper and sweet and spicy, both were crispy and delicious. Didn’t get a biscuit but I got lots of fries (I like those better anyway). One of the best Popeye’s I’ve eaten at.

Habitually slow service, and staff taking orders can never be bothered to smile or make much of an effort. Seems to be caused by lack of good management. Case in point: Today they didn’t have any chicken tenders. How in the world can you not have ANY of one of your basic ingredients?! Additionally, over the past 3 years the prices have risen at a rate that far out paces inflation over the same period. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POPEYES.

We were in the drive through for a significant amount of time before anyone acknowledged us. One person started our order, disappeared, after a long silence someone else picked back up and again disappeared. A few minutes later a new person welcomed us to Popeyes and asked what we would like to order. She consistently interrupted us to ask if we were done, we only ordered two meals. Also tried to disway our order but telling us we would have to wait several times followed by asking if we still wanted it several times. Disappointed to be treated like we were inconveniencing them by ordering dinner.

I’ve come here a half dozen times and EVERY time I come, there’s an issue. Drive thru closed, spicy instead of mild, forgot the cole slaw, forgot the extra gravy, no chicken sandwiches available. The wait is terrible, 100% of the time. They are an ongoing joke at the arsenal. I don’t even like the food. I go for my girlfriend. She loves it….. I would give them zero stars but you know……ya can’t.
