This location is always top notch. Food, service and atmosphere is always good. Love that they are very attentive, speaking to customers, laughing and smiling with the guests, and they are consistent with it which is very rare these days. I highly recommend the Bingham Farms location. James the store manager is phenomenal, he always has great recommendations for the food, even when i shy away from my usual purchase. Thanks guys, see you soon!

VERY rude vacant, empty of emotion employee making food and ringing me up. ZERO expression and monotone voice. Don’t care how busy you are as an employee, I can go somewhere else if you can’t act like a human. Would have prefered a monitor to order rather than try to interact with her ever again.

Updated response: qdoba sent a request to send them an email which they have done previously with these scenarios happen. As their entire response has been to send a pre-written apology with a five dollar coupon, it’s absolutely useless. Almost like being an employee at Qdoba.
Placed the order three hours before delivery for 10 people. They accepted the order no problem in 10 minutes. The driver showed up, saw it wasnt ready and just left. Went the entire other direction, didnt answer a call or text. Then almost an hour after the delivery time, they just cancel because they cannot fulfill the order. It’s qdoba….. not omakase. Left 10 people hungry due 100% to pure laziness…. thanks for ruining a lunch event for the team

It blows me away that the employees even know how to turn the lights on. The most incapable bunch of individuals I’ve ever seen operate a location. I attempted to modify a couple hundred-dollar delivery order three days in advance, and they were unable to assist in any way possible. I couldn’t cancel the order. I couldn’t modify the order. They kept directing me to their website which I explained wasn’t working. It amazes me that a place can function with such an incapable staff.

Tried to order multiple times for teams. Food shows up 2 1/2 hours late freezing cold or not at all.
Don’t worry that because Qdoba is automated responsible request that I sent an email that they won’t acknowledge A response to. I tried it the last time they screwed everybody over and didn’t seem to care.

The food was good but the service was horrible. The attendant was rude and he didn’t even let me finish telling what I wanted before just continuing with the next person’s order I understand that it was only two people in there but finish one order at a time. The other attendant had less of an attitude but still was rude. The front door was locked and only way to get in was the side and most people don’t even know it’s a side door, and this was at 3:30 in the afternoon. I ordered nachos had to call them from the back to get my chips. Very unprofessional

Awesome experience at this location. Came in for carryout during peak lunch time and was in and out within a few minutes.
Friendly fast staff and all the food was hot and fresh.
Only thing I noticed that is a little strange is the restrictions on some menu items they have. I did not order either of these options but I would be pretty upset if I had to deal with the out of the ordinary rules.

Not bad. Looks clean the day I walked in. Standard Qdoba. They do kinda skim on toppings. Also they ran out of lettuce during lunch hours. How is that even possible.
