My husband ordered by DoorDash, and my food arrived terrible!! I ordered a salad bowl, which arrived practically empty; they barely put any lettuce in it, only about two pieces. I paid $15 because I ordered steak, and my steak arrived terrible too , completely raw inside! I took the trouble to call Qdoba so they could offer a solution and let them know what happened. They responded outrageously, and the man who answered, whose name was something like “Cupoer,” told me he couldn’t do anything about it, that their steak is always cooked that way, even though I’ve eaten at the restaurant before and my steak wasn’t raw! He also said it depended on the person who cooked it, which means that “it depends on the employee who’s working how they cook the steak.” And then he was very dismissive, saying, “What else?” when he didn’t even try to help me. I was very upset, so I don’t recommend eating at this place; the service is terrible, and they don’t care about their customers.

Nothing against the new guy, hes still learning. But the other 2 look at you like they are totally lost. Quesadillas weren’t even warm and chese wasn’t melted. Ordered cheese crusted and there was nothing crusted. Queso is meh at best.

Wonderful service with Kylie, cooper and the entire night crew on 1/21/2026 !!! Very helpful to help using the App. Food was fresh and all items were full and stocked. The great thing was the entire team worked together!!! Thank you that was probably one of the best visits we’ve had in a while.

Not very pleased with my last visit here. For one, portion sizes continue to decrease, while prices increase. You quit giving any chips for your bowls, which is how many people ate it. And you sign up for the rewards program to eventually be able to claim rewards (which requires you to spend considerable money there), only to feel disappointed. I saved mine for a long day at work. Popped in thinking gosh, they must-have hooked me up because the container felt heavy. Yeah no. It was maybe 5 pieces of steak, no cheese which i asked for, and truly just a giant bowl of soupy black beans. I don’t know about you, but that’s not exactly appetizing to me. I tried to call the day of, they were not busy when I left and only work down the street and got no answer. I could not go back because I had meetings to attend. So basically screwed me out of lunch that day. Disappointing to say the least.

I showed up at noon and the place was very dirty. All the tables looked like they were cleaned with dirty rags. The girl that made our burrito definitely was new. But she did ripped one of the burritos and then look at me after I said something and continued to rolled it up. We had to ask them to re roll it with a new wrap because it wasnt in any shape to be eating like a burrito. Their computer system had issues as well, they had me try 3 times to make the payment. All 3 went through so now I paid 75 bucks for 2 burritos. Which we didn’t even eat and just threw away in the restaurant because they weren’t good and the experience was so awful. Just go to Taco Bell at the other corner. It’s cleaner and better service.

First time into the building on DuPont Rd and the floor is a mess, chairs are everywhere, tables aren’t cleaned, wanted to sit down with my significant other for a date and couldn’t. Cause tables were dirty. I then proceeded to order and asked for brown rice and I waited a good 10 minutes for the brown rice to come out. My significant other ordered a burrito, and the worker slipped everything on the tortilla and didn’t wrap it up the greatest. I then got a bowl for myself and the worker again slopped everything into the bowl.
The workers were not professional. They were throwing everything around and getting mad. The worker at the counter doing payments didn’t know how to count cash.
I then get home and my significant other unwrapped the foil and picks up her burrito and everything falls out.
