I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location due to the same employee. (i believe her name is Patti, red hair) Each time my friends and I come in, we’re met with a rude and passive-aggressive attitude. There have been instances of laughing as we walk in, dismissive responses when ordering, and repeated pressure to add items or upgrades without clearly asking first.
What’s frustrating is that this hasn’t been a one-off situation. Several people in my group have noticed the same behavior on different visits. It makes the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is disappointing because I usually enjoy Qdoba.
I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this drives people away.

The employees here are sooooooo cslow, especially the cashier, but they seemed nice. I got the chicken queso bowl. It was cold by the time I got to the hotel, checked in, parked, and settled in my room. I microwaved the bowl, and with the cheese melted, it was ok. My dogs liked the chicken. The restaurant didn’t look clean. I have been to many restaurants similar to the one along the East Coast, I have never seen the divider that separates the food from the customers this dirty. There was no plastic forks, just spoons and knives. I don’t plan on coming back. Chipotle is much better.

The employee who is middle aged with reddish hair (I think I saw another review mentioned her name was Patti) is incredibly rude every time we visit this location. She always shorts us on our portions and is honestly just mean whenever we order. I’m surprised this store has done nothing about her inappropriate behavior.

Take out order fulfilled incorrectly. Picture enclosed. The cashier sealed up the bag right in front of me, so she certainly had the opportunity to tell me “oh by the way, I gave you a completely different drink than the one you ordered. I hope that’s okay”.

I was horrified by the filth and unsanitary conditions. Placed an online order, arrived 10 minutes after the app said it would be ready. Order wasn’t even started. Saw the conditions of this Qdoba location and promptly called a staff member over to cancel the order. Staff member was nice and apologized for the mess, but I see reviews now about this location where many other people expressed major concerns about the unsanitary conditions. Seems nothing has been done. This place is absolutely unsafe for food production.

The food, as always, was very good, unfortunately this was not the case with the cleanliness of the place and the attention of the workers, the place was very dirty and there was no one to attend us, when we went to sit down there was nowhere since the chairs were on top of the tables and the few tables that were available were very dirty, I think they should take their work more seriously and try to keep the place cleaner, it is a shame that it is like this today since it is one of the most Clean from this place and I visit it very frequently and after COVID they changed the manager who has the place very clean, nothing like a few years ago

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt as this is my second time at this store and was the worst Qdoba I have been too. Every table was dirty and the workers were slow and seemed overwhelmed. Even when there were no customers they weren’t trying to clean up the mess. Pictures of one of the tables, all trash cans were overflowed and the soda machine didn’t work. This is the second time I’ve been there and same situation for both. Not sure what is going on as one would think this should be a nice location given where it is.

The Line was moving slow, we were standing there like a herd of cattle trapped between the gates, waiting to give our order, it was a little too close for comfort considering this Covid pandemic, it makes you leery standing so close to someone nowadays, especially when they don’t require that you wear a mask.. I had my mask on but the other customers didn’t. There was a lot of people working behind the counter but for some reason it seemed a little unorganized and chaotic. There was a lady refilling the container of beans and over-filled it and bean juice spilled everywhere..omg, talk about clean up on Aisle 3..lol
One thing I didn’t like is when I asked for a bag of nachos and “salsa”, I literally got a bag of crumbs, they tasted old and were hard and after he filled my bag with crumbs scraped from the bottom of the drawer, another young man came out with a whole crate of real, whole nachos that looked more fresh. And then they looked puzzled when I said ‘salsa’, is this not the correct term to use? They said they could give me a small cup of the chopped tomatoes but they didn’t have what you call “salsa”..so what do you call it? Ok, anyway, the soft tacos were very good, I wish the meat was a little warmer, but it was just ok, since I ate the tacos before they got completely cold. Overall, I think the food is very good, but today’s service was just so-so. Surely didn’t like the bag of crumbs…
