The ranch that was provided was a huge health hazard. It was inside my box of food. I looked at it and they had formed into jello like substance. It was disgusting and super warm. It was definitely not handled correctly in a safe manner and is a huge health hazard. I could have gotten sick and I’m pretty sure many people would have said the same thing. Very disappointing. I hope they learn about this mistake and improve on it. The tenders were very good though so I’m glad I got it sauced. The fries lacked seasoning and it was kind of borderline cold and warm. Overall, decent place but it definitely dropped the ball this time

Giving this Dairy Queen in Wyoming 1 star is a too generous, as this place consistently messes up orders. Literally today, they gave me a backyard burger with no onion rings, which is the whole point behind the burger. The wait times are also abysmal. No matter how much you order, even one order of fries, it is always a minimum wait of 15 minutes. I come here often as I literally pass this place everyday to get to work. I’ve learned that this isn’t them having an off day, this is them producing what they have consistently shown as their best. Bottom line, their quality hasn’t gone down or up. It started out terrible and, guess what, it still is. You dont have to take my word for it though, just be ready to be disappointed. Better yet, be ready to just do their job and tell them what’s in the burger you ordered.

I ordered online to try and save time, when I got there to pick up my food it took them 5 minutes to even talk to me at the counter. Then after that it took another 10 to get my food. I was then extremely dissatisfied and got a very small amount of cold and stale fries. Super disappointed.

Usually the wyoming DQ is a mess but I was craving the chicken strips so I risked it. I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean place, attentive staff that chatted with me and my order was made quick. I was used to young staff who could care less about conversation with a customer. My only complaint is the chicken strips are much smaller than they used to be but everything now days has shrunk so probably not DQ’s fault. I will be back.

Went to Dairy Queen to get dinner tonight. Ordered a chicken strip meal deal. Come home to open it and the strips are tiny. They also gave me a giant cup of what appears to be hot gravy when I asked for ranch. I didn’t even know they had gravy?!? Won’t be going back any time soon.

Completely inedible.
2 chicken tender orders and a chili dog took more than 25 minutes. The patient young lady behind me waited more than 10 minutes with a melting banana split in hand just to explain they had made a mistake on her order and she needed it to be remade.
Our order was “to go” and I didn’t have a chance to look I was in such a hurry. I’m not sure if it would have been more disappointing to see it before I left or when I got back to work but I was simply out of time.
Everything is burned, there’s a peanut stuck in one of my chicken tenders, the chili is almost black and tastes absolutely vile as if it’s been overheated for hours. I’m just blown away at this experience, I will not return.
The poor kids who work here must be so discouraged, the management needs a serious overhaul.
Good luck to you guys, but I won’t be visiting to see if there’s been any improvements.

I waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes for 2 blizzards and get home to see this. Toppings sitting on the top and a cup full of ice cream.

Sam the manager there is great. She’s super friendly, sometimes they get my order out a little slow but I dont mind because I see them all hard at work. Place is always clean. They could use a bigger parking lot and maybe a little more accessible coming from town. Have to go through that empty parking lot with a ton of potholes. But overall love the place.

Ordered online and when I got to the drive through my order was already marked as completed even though I had yet to receive it. So the workers had to ask what I ordered which was fine l. Except they messed up my blizzard. When I went to go back and calmly asked if I could get toppings on my blizzard the worker there was super rude. She tossed my drink and made it again the exact same way and for the cherry on top, said “you’re welcome” in a sarcastic tone. Super disappointing.

Disappointing Experience at Wyoming Dairy Queen
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt compelled to say something. I stopped by the Dairy Queen in Wyoming hoping for a quick treat and a bite to eat, but I was met with slow service, cold food, and a less-than-clean environment.
It took nearly 20 minutes to get a simple burger and fries, and when I did finally get it, the burger was lukewarm and the fries were soggy. The Blizzard I ordered was barely mixed it was basically soft serve with toppings just dumped on top.
To top it off, the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Tables were dirty, the soda machine area was sticky, and no one seemed in any hurry to clean anything.
I don’t expect five-star dining from a fast food place, but I at least expect basic quality and cleanliness. This location seriously missed the mark.
