Not happy with this trip to Qdoba. The ladies in their barely filled up my bowl. A little aggravating. It’s never been like that before so I don’t know what the deal is. One tiny little scoop of chicken. I really couldn’t get a good picture but hardly no chicken and I had to ask for more lettuce. The girl that was doing the chicken acted like she didn’t want to be there. That just set the atmosphere for the rest of the workers. I won’t go in the evenings anymore. But one good thing I did see was the guy in the back was cleaning everything and making it look nice.

Placed a mobile pickup order, someone “accidentally took the order”, ordered a chicken bowl and 3 cheese nachos , yet I barely received a scoop? If I can call it that, wouldn’t recommend placing a mobile order, generous on the sauce but not on the chicken. Yet the three cheese nachos had a good amount of chicken. Absolutely God awful service. I mean I asked if I could get hot sauce on the side and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Then barley filled my bowl up. The people here suck so go to a different one and get better service.

My family and I eat from this location at least once a week,sometimes even more. I was very disappointed today. I got a burrito bowl with cholula chicken. The chicken was very dry and hard,almost like it had been there a long while. And it didn’t taste like cholula chicken at all. The bowl itself wasn’t as good as it normally is. Usually, the food is tasty and fresh,so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Three people in line in front of me. Yet it took 35 minutes to get through the line and get my order. They were too busy making door dash orders instead of the customers orders that were in line. Between the person in front of me and myself, they made 9 orders. All bagged and sat on a shelf. Out of the 9, only one was picked up while I was there. The place was dirty, everywhere. And they were out of several things like guacamole and chicken by the time they even took my order. I know it’s not the employees fault, it’s how the business is being managed. Managed so poorly I will never return. This place used to be good, now it ranks lower than gas station sushi. Good luck to any that brave this place.
