I arrived at the location at 10:45 PM and they are advertised open until 11 PM. I have photo evidence I’m attaching to this review the rude African-American female worker told me we’re closed as she serving someone during open hours!!! Absolutely unacceptable and the last time I will ever go to Qdoba!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! The staff at the counter was very rude! My credit card was not working, and the staff seemed to think I was trying something sneaky. Manager was not friendly. When I pointed out that I thought they were not being friendly, they said I was being rude! I could overhear them doing the EXACT SAME THING with other customers. The food was cold, and the rice was not cooked NEARLY enough. Also, to top it off, the bathroom was filthy! 100% horrible experience!!!!!

This Qdoba didnt tast like the Qdoba I had when visiting before the flavor wasn’t there. I have had the steak previously and the temp and flavor were there. The service was nice everyone was friendly. It’s by the hospital and close to the casino so its a busy area.

My burrito was missing: guacamole, extra steak, fajita veggies, pico, cilantro, and cheese! Not only that, but the tortilla was simultaneously stiff and rubbery, and the rice was old, hard, dried out, and CRUNCHY! I have not eaten anything yet today and I’m starving, but this shameful waste of a burrito is inedible. Additionally, my husband’s quesadilla did not have extra steak, and hos tortilla was so rubbery it was also inedible! This cost me $44.48. This is a disgrace! I will never return to this location again.

I ordered a mini burrito bowl. There was too much rice and beans comparing to chicken. The rice was undercooked. They were out of pork and queso. That place didn’t seem that clean although one lady was trying to clean the tables.
Because of worker deficiency they had to run around to serve the customers which led to crankiness.

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, no big deal at all. Staff member promptly greeted me, asked if i was waiting for an online order, which I was. Handed me the cup for my drink and quickly finished my order by the time I was done filling my drink. This employee and service was top notch and a 10/10!! Thank you for that.

Ordered a bowl, food was cold, beans were flavorless; they tasted like water. The service was terrible. They were impatient, rude and lacked morals. You walk into the store and get greeted with an “omg” and eye roll. if i could it would be 0/5 stars. Go somewhere else the food is not worth the price.

Update (7-9-23) I’ve up’d to 3 star(from 2) overall. They need proper training. The rice this time had same ludicrous amount of line, but 0 cilantro. Only reason its up 1 star, everything was hot this time. All the utensils and Napkin holders were filled among other items.

The steak was luke warm (bought it about 10 minutes after they opened). Rice, black/pino were not hot, just warm. Hopefully it was just bc it was close to open, but still should be hot . Several mwtal napkin boxes, but only 1 had napkins. 1st time at this location, I’d recommend driving a few minutes down the street 4th and W. Cardinal much better, based on what I’ve had today.

I arrived around lunch, and the line was quite long. I was in and out in 5 minutes with delicious, fresh food. The lady preparing the food today was on it.
