Went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 concrete mixers. Waited almost 20 minutes after paying. Went in and she pulled them out of somewhere and just handed them over no carrier or napkins and said we’re short staffed. Got home and needed to use a straw for the mixers!!!!! She said they are short staffed but everyone behind us was getting their food and leaving so what was the real problem????? Better off going to beaver dam will probably be quicker!!!!! Very dissatisfied and this isn’t the first time this has happened!!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Culver’s in Columbus for our wedding desserts! We chose to serve their famous custard, and it was a huge hit with our guests!
A huge shoutout to Nick, the manager, who went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made the whole process so easy.

I used the drive through. The lot was very clean, with a worker sweeping around the building.
Beautifully landscaped. Great person taking my order, great person giving me my change and ticket and great person bringing out my order after only a few minutes.
The cheese curds were excellent! My cheeseburger looked pretty sad. The bun was all bent over, cheese all over in the wrapper, not appealing at all.
It tasted great! Presentation…a mess!

Dine-In Experience Review – Culver’s (Mother’s Day Visit in May- 2025)
We had an extremely disappointing experience dining in at this Culver’s location on Mother’s Day. It took 38 minutes for our food to be prepared, and it was never brought to our table. Due to staff delays and lack of organization, we had to check on the status ourselves—only to find that our tray, which contained just three burgers and two fries, had been sitting unattended. The staff had simply forgotten about it.
By the time we received the food, it was cold, the burger patties were overcooked and nearly burnt. The restaurant appeared to be short-staffed and disorganized; tables were not clean, and overall service was poor.
It was clear that priority was given to drive-thru and take-out orders, even when dine-in customers, like us, had been waiting much longer. This unfair treatment made our experience even more frustrating.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this Culver’s location to anyone. What was meant to be a casual meal on the way back from Madison turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. If possible, we would give this visit zero stars.

I ordered my concrete mixer wrong and didn’t realize until it was brought to me. The employee proceeded to accuse me of messing it up on purpose so I could get a free one as well ( the one they messed up) being how young he was I assume he was just repeating what his coworkers were saying inside. Completely disappointed!! Went to Culver’s because no matter which 1 we go to, we’ve always had great food & service, unfortunately that streak ended last night. Went to grab dinner after our daughter’s Soccer game, she wanted a burger w/ the works. I could’ve saved half the money & went to McDonald’s & gotten the same thing. It was a sad looking burger…no lettuce, no tomato, barely ketchup & you can’t call that adding mustard, mushed together. My Chicken sandwich had no mayo on it. While waiting for our food, to go, the 1 girl literally stood behind the counter as food was coming up, people watching I guess. Very disappointed in our experience

Attempted a take out on Friday night . Waited for over 30 minutes. Was waiting behind several orders ahead of mine. Then watched two couples who walked up to counter an order after my order get their multi bag take out orders before mine order of two no topping double cheese burger came. Ask for refund and left wasn’t happy with service.

Long day of driving and this was the perfect spot. Crowds had died down but friendly cashier helped me with a smile and delivered my food by name. I love the Culver’s butter burger cheese with grilled onions and this did not disappoint!
Now off to get my custard (Andes mint!)

The concern is the portion size for a scoop of FOTD and mashed potatoes and gravy. Stingy! And a few less flies would be helpful for the atmosphere. Ick.
