Other feedback or suggestions, for this location, consider: offer “grab & go” breakfast burritos or value priced 1/2 order options for $8.45, instead of full size at $11.45.
The smaller “grab & go” or 1/2 size order would actually generate higher revenue per serving ounce. It would be more convenient & affordable to more travelers rushing to grab a “quick but small meal” while rushing to or waiting at their gate.
This morning, Qdoba had nobody in line to order but the McDonald kiosks & lines were packed! Why? Qdoba obviously offers better quality & tasting food. But, McDonalds offers “smaller, more affordable, breakfast items”…… “which flying passengers can better afford & easily carry to gate, especially for traveler breakfasts.
More feedback than you probably want, but constructive customer feedback can be very valuable.
Again, Saliou did a great job.
Also being that it’s an airport terminal, the atmosphere isn’t great or that comfortable but this isn’t Qdobas fault or anything.
Good option for filling meal with protein and you’re not paying an arm and a leg for nothing.
I checked out one of the highly rated sushi spots, but it was like $22 for a small entree. Idk. I’m not paying that, and sushi at the airport gives me the heebie-jeebies.
I walked by this Qdoba and saw them actually grilling the chicken on a grill and was like F it. I’d never had Qdoba in my 28 years, and heard people say it’s better than Chipotle.
In 2024, “better than chipotle” doesn’t mean much, but they weren’t lying. My burrito bowl with double chicken got the job DONE. The poster child for 4 stars.
This will be my first option at the ATL airport moving forward: About as clean as you’re gonna get, line moved quick, and some SOLID portion sizes. I always wait until they’re done scooping the first scoop of chicken to ask for double, otherwise they skimp… just some free game right there.
