I recently visited Qdoba for a quick bite to eat, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the service was going to be less than satisfactory. The employee at the counter was completely uninterested in helping me and seemed more concerned with finishing the shift than taking my order.
When I finally managed to get their attention and place my order, things only went downhill from there. The employee seemed completely disorganized and struggled to keep track of my order, which resulted in a lengthy wait time. As I waited for my food, I noticed that several other customers were experiencing similar issues with the staff, including incorrect orders and long wait times.
When my food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing, and it was clear that no effort had been made to make sure it was fresh. To top it all off, the employee who had taken my order didn’t bother to apologize or offer any kind of explanation for the poor service.
Overall, my dining experience at Qdoba left a sour taste in my mouth. The poor service and lack of attention to detail made for a disappointing and frustrating experience. I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

West Chester Qdoba is the best! The food is always fresh. The customer service is top tier, especially in comparison to the West Chester Chipotle up the road. I am a convert. I’ll never go back to Chipotle now.

I recently went vegan for medical reasons and the staff here was so helpful to me while I figured out what I could eat. The Impossible meat is prepared very well and the fajita bowl is a very satisfying plant-based meal. Definitely recommend. ✌️

This is a very clean restaurant with lots of fresh produce for tacos, burritos and bowls. I had a delicious bowl with brown rice, chicken, guacamole, salsa, beans, tortilla strips, romaine lettuce. You get to pick what toppings go onto your meal. Excellent flavor!

We eat lunch here like literally 3 to 4 times a week! Store is clean and properly maintained. Usually bit crowded during peak lunch time, line moves pretty fast. Tortilla Soup is good here.

I had catering from here and I got the run around at first with calling the number online but when I called this store, everything changed! Frank took care of me and gave me the head of caterings number and she even gave me her personal number and told me to call or text with any concerns or changes I needed to make and contacted me after to make sure everything went well. A’nyah helped me with ordering everything and knew how much to get for my event. Food was excellent, they gave us a lot of fresh chips and utensils, napkins, silverware, serving utensils and sternos to make set up so much easier. Everything was packaged with care and written on to make it easy. I highly recommend having them cater your event or just stop in to eat, the guacamole is my favorite!
