I must state this first: I have never ever been to a QDOBA…ever. This was my first experience.
Christina greeted me when I walked in. It was extremely quiet and only a few customers were there at that point, but she was very very sweet. I told her I knew nothing about QDOBA, but my daughter made the suggestion to try their quesadillas. Christina was engaging, charming and I loved how she explained how it operated similar to a “Subway” where you get to build your own food.
She let me sample a couple of the meats so I knew which one to order. I told her I liked spice, so she gave me a sample of the sweet and spicy chicken. Hands down, THAT was it!! She was SOOOO right! We built my quesadilla and she made it quickly. I was impressed with how quick it was and that all the food looked great in the display case.
I even indulged and also asked for a chocolate chip . Christina was such a sweetheart, from start to finish, and when I got home and ate my quesadilla—-OMG—it was SOOOOO good!!
Christina and QDOBA have made me a new customer for life!! I will absolutely be back again!! And Christina needs to be recognized as a quality employee!!

Shoutout to Richard, the amazing manager at Qdoba. Not only was he kind, professional, and on top of everything, but he also made the whole experience way more enjoyable than expected. Great service, great energy… honestly, Qdoba might have a new reason to keep me coming back

This is the final straw. I ordered a pick up order. By the time I got there, it was ready to go.
However, there were literally 4-6 pieces of chicken. The cilantro looked old and moist and so did the lettuce. The portion size is ridiculous. I will NEVER order from here again. This is the temu version of Chipotle.

Very friendly staff, very personalized in authenticity. Great service pace, and easy check out. Decent price range as long as it’s not an everyday purchase. Fresh ingredients and well cooked meats.

Last night my friend and I placed an order from DoorDash, which got stolen. DoorDash told us that they’d pay for the order and give us a refund, they said that we’d get our food for free since it was a mistake on their part. So I go to the store to pick it up and DoorDash is now going back on their word they didn’t want to pay for the order they made us waste 3 hours of our time and didn’t want to compensate us for anything I wasted my time, gas and I was really hungry. Luckily the manager had some empathy for our situation and gave us our order anyway. It was my first time trying qdoba and it was worth the wait on top of the manager being really nice to us in this situation the food was really good. So thank you to the manager and the staff there for being so nice and compassionate, to anyone reading this the food is better than chipotle’s lol definitely will be ordering from them again.

Very slow for a pickup ordered 1/2 hour ago. Make sure you speak a little Spanish, as only 1 employee speaks full English, and another No habla mucho English
Update 2 wks later: delivery order was ready ahead of pickup for a plus, unfortunately it was brisket…so no extra stars until I must deal with chicken delivery again…that is the longest wait of alll(and shouldn’t be for the middle of the day)

You know I always preferred Qdoba above Chipotle, but today I was so disappointed everything that was in my bowl was kind of not even lukewarm The portion sizes were horrible, and the rice was very dry I felt like I was crunching it more than I was just chewing it. Not to mention I watched a worker stick her hand into the big plastic tubs where the chips are and just start feeding herself right out of the tub and this was about 11:30 to 12 noonish time on Sunday December 28th. I hope they fix these problems but to be honest with you they’re starting to pull that small portion crap that Chipotle was going through for a while.
Overall the meal was lackluster and that’s disappointing considering I’ve always preferred this restaurant over the other

Wow. How the mighty have fallen. I used to come here weekly a few years ago… Stopped in today as I have missed it… Well that was a mistake. Only one employee in the building who has a clue, the floor is super slick and dirty… All out of steak (at 1:15 in the afternoon) and the “fresh brewed” sweet tea was definitely bad… Yesterday, but extra extra bad today. Who’s running this place? Cause it kinda seems like no one. Definitely won’t bother feining over missing this place.
