We just tried Qdoba in Deer Park, Long Island and we were pleasantly surprised. The decor is very clean and modern but did not feel inpersonal or unwelcoming. The bathrooms were bery clean with a changing table for infant care. The images will show how nicely done the decor is compared to otger restaurants. The food is very fresh and very tasty, counters are very clean and the grilling area is not closed from view but secluded behind protective glass that reassures cleanliness to its customers. The staff was very polite, professional and offered a were are so happy you came by greeting. Leida, the person that served our offerings, even came by the tables offering oppurtunity to speak as if she was a Maitre’D and that was very impressive to us. She projected ( that we are eager to welcome you here and glad you chose us for dining) and that was true refreshing. We will be back vs going to another similar chain that we will not name here but is across the street. There is ample parking and there is also drive thru availability. Well done folks.

I went on Grand Opening Day—1/3/26. This was my first time visiting a QDOBA Mexican Eats. I downloaded the app and redeemed my reward of free chips and queso sauce. I got a blend of the regular and spicy queso, which came out delicious.
I also ordered three ground beef tacos, which had the right amount of spicy seasoning, and the free guacamole was tasty and fresh.
Customer service was also superb. The owner opened the door for me when I entered the premises, and one of the managers, Michael, apologized for the sell out of all 100 free burritos, which were gone within one half hour of the 11:00 am opening. Logan, a staff member, impressed me when he asked if he could remove my empty container.
There is a drive-thru, and the place is clean and tidy.

Oh man the food was yummy. I like this place more than Chipotle. Just wish it was closer to my house. But, regardless. Foods yummy, and the staff get straight to work no playing around.

They opened yesterday and it’s already a hit! Fresh, bold flavors, great portions, and fast, friendly service. Best part? Queso and guac are INCLUDED on your entrée — no extra charge (looking at you, Chipotle)

My first ever visit to a Qdoba restaurant. I cannot abide cilantro so I was concerned but manager John took me down the line and showed me all the non cilantro choices as well.as assuring g me that non cilantro rice coukd always be made upon request.
I tried the tortilla soup in an edible bowl with chicken and cheese.
Soup was delicious and chicken was very tender and tasty.
