Located within the Short Hills mall, this has to be the worst Qdoba I have been to. The menu is same as others. Service is horrible. I have visited this restaurant several times so making an overall experience, not an isolated issue. Staff treats you terrible, perhaps because they feel beneath me and I am Hispanic. I am not sure why the staff is so unprofessional. Bathroom was dirty and smells. I asked for an extra cup just for the baby the management refused, he said it would be extra. Cheap with the avocado, two small ice cream scoops. Find it to be more expensive than other Qdoba. Manager is seen on photos, terrible management and poor customer service. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled. You’ll find one individual sitting in a table for four people and occupying the table when he or she could sit on the single sitting stools or two person table. I had better service at chipotle.

I will definitely be trying their lunch next week. I finally ate there 2x and the burrito was full of everything! Packed with all the meat, beans, rice, and all the other condiments needed. Very good!!!

This Qdoba is in a prime location and accessible from Route 24 and 78. My orders are prepared quickly with fresh ingredients. The establishment is clean all around.
Out of my handful of experiences, only one was unpleasant. I placed an order online and upon my arrival it was not prepared because my order printed out by the register rather than the food prep station. It was silly and a matter of walking it a few feet down. It was the employees unapologetic tone that made it unpleasant but it happens. Luckily, their manager who is always courteous and accommodating made my order promptly.

The food is good, but the service not so great. The blond haired woman, who I believe is very rude and short with customers. Her husband is a lot more nicer than she is. She never greets the customers with a smile. She got mad an employee because they wanted to ring me up while she finish building the other orders. She wanted me to wait. Mind you I was on my lunch break with uniform on.

Surprisingly it wasn’t too bad overall considering me and my coworkers who work in mall usually avoid this place because many of us got sick and it doesn’t seem clean but today it didn’t seem that way hopefully better even manager was enthusiastic and asking every customer how it was. Love their soda machine and highly recommend using their app because I got today’s tacos for free. It can get busy with long lines and no seats available.

She told me there would be a charge for more. I said u barely gave me 3 onions. But whatever, give me more. She then took an overwhelming scoop and slipped in onto my salad.
She didn’t lmk there were 3 cheeses to chose from nor did she offer me the free guac.
My food was good. But her service was terrible and won’t return to that location in Short Hills

Fast, friendly and fresh! I come here for lunch pretty often before I shop and I’ve never had an issue. I love the food, the service is very thorough and the restaurant itself is clean. I’m a repeat customer and I love that!

They deserve 0 stars. Staff is rude, keep insisting I add chicken even though I told them multiple times I’m vegetarian and don’t want any meat. Refused to add the ingredients I’m PAYING FOR (you know, onions, veggies, etc).

This place is rude and dare I might say the manager on duty today at approximately 5:40pm crossed the line. My daughter walked in to get a snack because we had been in the mall a while. She needed to use the restroom and the manager (I’m assuming this because she was in different shirt than the others) came from behind the counter, put her arm out and blocked my daughter from using the restroom. Telling her the restroom is for customers only not knowing if she is a customer or not. This is so troublesome because we were just in the mall on Sunday and a friend used the restroom without making a purchase. However she was of a different hue. This disturbed me so much and infuriates me to no end. NO one come from behind the counter to stop our friend or ask if she was making a purchase. Some discriminatory behaviors need to stop!

I had the burrito bowl. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The line moved quickly, they had decent sized portions, and the prices were reasonable. $13 for a bowl with rice, beans, fresh salsa, cheese, grilled veggies, corn, salsa verde, and guacamole.
