I ordered 8 large pizzas a day in advance for a classroom party. The app limited me to 5 pizzas for the promotion so I called and was told they would honor the online deal. When I picked my order up it was well over the $5.99/large I was told on the phone. They were unwilling to give me the quoted price. I will never order pizza from Little Caesars in Dumas again!

This was my 1st time here as I travel. I placed my order. Respectfully I know it takes 10-15 minutes. I went to my Hotel which takes 10 mins. Unloaded came back and still my order was not ready. Then they told me it would be ten more minutes. Just be honest you didn’t make it or gave it out.

Rude attendants. My father goes in every Friday to get pizza for his grandkids. Whe have tried calling in the order for him for the past 2 weeks, and no one answers the phone. My dad asked them why they don’t answer and the attendant was very rude. I can understand them being busy but answering calls is also part of customer service.

I haven’t had any problems before until I’m guessing a new employee, I placed an ordered over the phone 20 minutes ahead to pick it up when I was convenient for me. When I went to pick it up he didn’t have any of it ready and he didn’t even tell me to pull up and park to wait for it he just said it wasn’t ready so I asked how long it’d take he said 10 more minutes. Very inconvenient due to the fact that I had placed the call 20 minutes ahead of time. The next visit I had was today and I again placed and order over the phone 20 minutes ahead and I repeated the order twice since I recognized the same employees voice I wanted to make sure he understood clearly over the phone. Went to pick it up and they only had half my ordered …. the cashier didn’t know so she went to get the guy who took my order and I told him what I had asked for his reply was”oh,I only heard one of each”… didn’t offer any solutions to the problem instead I asked him what he had ready already and he didn’t even know the other cashier had to step in and SHE offered an apology. I’m only leaving 2/5 due to the fact that it was only that employee with horrible customer service experience.

The place has become a disaster. I ordered a pizza and styx combo today waited 20 minutes nothing went inside was ignored the whole time I was inside trying to get my order or money back went back to my car waited another 10 minutes before I finally went to the drive thru window shut my car off and waited. I only got my money back after another 10 minutes of sitting there and more customers showed up to order and there was a line of four cars.untill they started honking there horns was I ever aknowledge. I have gone there many times even have the app I order a lot from there if it was just this once ok but 2 times in a row forget about it.lost my business and friends and family business as well as they all to have had the same issue. Hope things get better for future customers.
