Qdoba is great! I love their app & online ordering. I make my own burrito bowl & the topping options are great. The value is good considering the large portions of food you get. Wednesday, January 21, 2026, I had an x-ray at the urgent care next-door to Qdoba in Wareham Crossing. I was asked to remove my necklace for the x-ray and placed it in my wallet for safekeeping. Afterward, I stopped by Qdoba to pick up an order, and during that time my necklace fell out of my wallet without my realizing it. When I arrived home and noticed it was missing, I immediately called Qdoba to see if anyone had found it. To my great relief, the staff had already recovered the necklace and were holding it safely at the register. I cannot fully express how grateful I am, especially to Brian C.,who found the necklace. The honesty and integrity shown by Brian and the entire staff are a true testament to this location and the caring people who work there. I will be forever thankful for their kindness. Worst customer service I have ever experience, more likely than not I will never step foot into Qdoba again. How are you going to make half my burrito in front of me then make me wait ten minutes while you make three online orders that just came in, And then just finish my burrito like it didn’t get cold. You have to be better than that Qdoba.
