I ordered pizza online, selected no sauce then extra sauce. There was nothing on the website that insinuated this extra sauce would be on the side. After picking up my food I realized they gave me a pie with zero sauce on it. I called them, the person on the phone was hostile, saying it was my fault but they would make it right by making me a new pie. Which I appreciated, when I went to pick up the second pie, this boy of Asian descent was rude and told the cooks loudly in front of me that It was my fault and that I was “just trying to get a free pie”. After bringing the pie to my house I realized it was raw and drowning in pizza sauce. This was obviously done out spite. My question to Anthony’s is if it’s common practice to attempt to poison customers who complain?

The waitress was rude. She laughed at me and a made a face at my husband because I ordered for him. She actually paused and looked at him for a reaction as if I did something wrong or was crazy. She made us both extremely uncomfortable. She brought out the complete wrong salad and then I asked for a buffalo chicken pizza and she sauce on chicken or on pizza and I said what is the difference? She said it’s “on the chicken or the pizza” like I was stupid. What a surprise the pizza came out wrong. Red sauce on it…. On buffalo pizza… it was horrible. This place was so nice last time so I’m so disappointed.

I’m a longtime fan of Anthony’s restaurants and have visited several locations across the U.S., which makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst visit I’ve had at any Anthony’s location.

It was not a busy day, yet the service was almost nonexistent—even while sitting at the bar. I personally witnessed multiple guests leave because they were never greeted, offered menus, or asked if they wanted a drink. The lack of leadership was obvious; without a manager on duty, the operation quickly fell apart.

Cleanliness was also a major issue. The restaurant felt neglected—dirty windows, empty plates left around, and an overall unkept environment. It was honestly unpleasant and unacceptable for a brand with this reputation.

I would not recommend this location at all until proper management is in place and staff standards improve significantly.

My wife brought pizza home after she ate there with my kids . It’s the 3rd time they burn it in 3 visits. All 3 times we told the waiter the crust is burned. All 3 times they said “I am sorry about that it happens sometime with coal fired pizza”. Guess what NO it doesn’t. I lived in Italy for 6 years. I had coal fired pizza and I worked in a pizzeria with coal oven. If the pizza crust is burned you make a new one! The pizzaiolo did not even sent it to the table if it was like that in Italy. It’s carcinogenic! Change your pizzaiolo or train your waiters! No more cancer please!

Had a family dinner there last night for my son’s birthday. We were able to get that little private room in the back, which was great. Other than that and being with our family, nothing else about the night was great. The waitress was sweet, but absolutely horrendous. How bad you ask? Aside from forgetting half the apps we ordered, she didn’t clear ONE dish off the table. It was a table of 13, and I bussed the table twice myself. I literally had to clean the table and bring the plates into the kitchen- to where the chefs were helping me bring the dishes into the kitchen since she was no where to be found. I’m sorry after 40 minutes, there’s no reason why the table shouldn’t have been cleared, especially when our dinner came and it was just piled on top of the dirty dishes left over from our appetizers. We brought a cake from cold stone, I asked her to cut the cake- and she turned around and asked me with a straight face IF I BROUGHT MY OWN KNIFE TO CUT IT MYSELF! What??!? I happened to have left my cutlery at home last night, so she came in beyond annoyed and cut the cake. I worked in restaurants for years, and I have never ever left a tip less than 20%- my husband told me to leave 10 since as her busboy I would have gotten a cut anyway. I left 15% but we will never ever go back. We had been there a few weeks ago to check out the room and had similar service from a different waitress. I guess that’s what they’re going for now, but it was beyond awful.

We had Paulie’s pizza and the shrimp scampi pizza. They were both delicious! It took a while before the waiter took our order, but he was very nice. It was overall an enjoyable experience and I will be back!

Everything me and my family ordered for take out was wrong. Young people at the front don’t know what a hero is, nor what they are doing. Seen them talking behind our backs and whispering to each other. Really dry sausage and broccoli robe. Pretty much not edible. “Eggplant Hero” came on pita bread with paper thin eggplant…. This place is taking a bad turn.

25 dollars for a pizza with no cheese. We had to take cheese of 2 slices to make one edible slice. Finally it tasted like we were eating spent match sticks from a week prior. I am all for a smoky taste but not something that stays on your taste buds for hours.

I never typically write reviews but I felt absolutely compelled to with the incredible service I received, the bartender Madison was incredibly helpful and attentive, not to mention the drinks were fantastic, my only complaint is that I’m sure the service I received today will ruin any other experience with waiters/ waitresses and bartenders in the future. 6/5 stars will 100% be returning
