This is the best Qdoba I’ve ever been to! The entire staff is incredibly kind and always treats us so well. The place is spotless — everything is clean, even the bathrooms, which is rare to see. I don’t know why, but the food here tastes different… definitely the best I’ve ever had at any Qdoba! ✨

The staff greets you with kindness, patience, and genuine smiles and that kind of service really stands out. You can tell when a team works with good energy and pride, because everything runs smoothly without making you feel rushed. And the food… absolutely outstanding. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and combinations that make every bite worth it. The proteins are perfectly seasoned, the guacamole tastes fresh, the salsas have just the right kick without being overwhelming, and the portions are generous enough to leave you truly satisfied. They don’t play around with flavor here they get it right. I came here again and the portion is again outrageously small. You can tell when the staff are getting food they are always reluctant to give you enough food. Will Not Visit This Store Again!! Good luck buying there.

Loved QDoba, zero problems until I went to this QDoba. The “manager” is a lady on a short fuse, apparently — unstable, verbally abusive, and unaccomodating to customers making really basic food requests which she ignores until she verbally explodes. (Inappropriate and nasty!) My heart goes out to the staff working under this weird rage-queen — *they* deserve better, and clearly *she* is struggling. Hope everyone gets the intervention/help they need to do better ❤️❤️❤️

Woburn Qdoba is the one you want to go to!
Out of them all, the food tastes the best here. I like it so much I’ll come here every day if I’m working in the neighborhood. I use the Qdoba app, and because I come here so much I usually get a free entrée once a week. Sshhh. 😉
The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The dining areas are always clean, food is always fresh and like I said, they’re always smiling.

the server has an attitude and is very stingy. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and she literally put 5 small pieces of chicken. When I asked for more she charged me extra. The (extra) quantity of protein I got was less than the regular amount I’d get anywhere else. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Was a loyal a customer but no more. Paid $15 for a below average meal in both size and quantity. Had to dig thru the quesadilla to find the chicken.

Terrible Portions, it used to he good when they first opened. Great alternative to Chipotle. However, i haven’t been there for a while. Tried grabbing a bowl it was literally half full. Super small portions and terrible service from the lady that was taking my order she kept rushing me to pick while jumping ahead and closed the bowl before i even completed my order. I will never go back there
