I had been patronizing QC hibachi since either 2022 or early 2023. I can’t remember because the first time I had them was from a coworker when I used to work in Silvis. I remember the food being so good, Especially the crab Rangoon. I am from Chicago and it reminded me of home. The hibachi was OK, However, I suppose for the QC, it was the best that you’d get. I have referred many people here because I really did like their food. Unfortunately, I’m writing this review after several bad experiences. If I ever have to question an establishments integrity, then that is a problem. Again, I’m speaking as a patron who has bought food here many times and who has voiced my concern with them in person, twice, a couple of months ago. The issue is that There is a big difference with their food quality when you order delivery vs picking up. For my deliveries, I have had everything from inedible hard steak to crab Rangoon, that had no filling inside. However, today was the absolutely the worst. Not only did I receive crab Rangoon with no filling, They have significantly decreased the quantity of food portions. If you have been a customer here, you will understand when you see the pictures. I empathize that they had to increase their prices due to inflation, which, in comparison to many other restaurants was not that bad. However, I refuse to pay more for less food and bad quality. Hopefully they fix their issues So that other people don’t have negative experiences. Like I said above, this review is not based on one singular, instance.

I had the Hibachi Shrimp delicioso wonderful. The mixed varies and rice spot on.
I shared the Hibachi Steak with a fellow worker, he declared it delicious.
The spring rolls and Crab Rangoon were very nicely done. The sauce for the spring rolls was spicy sweet but not hot .

QC Hibachi Grill offers a reliable food truck experience, but it doesn’t quite hit any memorable highs. The hibachi meals are prepared decently, with generous portions that will fill you up, but the flavors and overall experience just feel average. It’s convenient for a quick takeout option, especially if you’re craving hibachi, but there’s nothing particularly special about the food that makes it stand out from other similar places. While it’s certainly not bad, it doesn’t offer any unique twist or elevated flavor that would make me excited to return. It’s a decent choice if you’re in the area, but it won’t blow you away

Friendly folks good environment but the food was inedible unfortunately. Was recommended and had to toss in the trash. Most likely won’t try again for what I eat but I’m sure there might be other options for some.

Only complaint is the drive I have to take to get out to them, but it’s worth it every time!
You get yum yum sauce with the meals, and the food never disappoints. Love that there is a hibachi food truck around the quad cities.

Not my favorite food. I actually ordered for my daughter and PA for dinner. The steak was tough and I saved mine for my furbaby to eat.
My daughter ate some of hers and left the rest in the refrigerator for a few days…my PA ate a little bit and put the rest in the bag. Not sure exactly on taste/it wasn’t what I expected to be.
I won’t be back.

I’m from out of state working here for the summer. Decided to try QC Habachi Grill out for the first time today. Got the steak, shrimp and chicken plate and I have to say this is the best Habachi I’ve ever had and I’m a city bot so I’ve had a lot! Not only was the food amazing but the gentleman in the truck was so nice he even gave us two extra sauces. The truck is also next to a really cool bar where you can actually take your food too and eat. 30/10 stars

I came here a few weeks ago and it was not what I remember it tasting like. It was very bland not much food for the price I paid and service was slow. I had hair in my food and it looked very messy in the truck which is not something I like to see as a customer. I want food that is being prepped/cooked in a clean space and that is not what I had seen.
