This unassuming little storefront is home to the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. The portion size was extremely generous and they didn’t skimp on any component. Absolutely delicious, quick, and the price was extremely reasonable given that it was basically 2 sandwiches worth of food. On top of the excellent sandwich their French fries were top notch as well.
There is more than enough parking and seating available. If you are looking for some more elevated dishes they also had many options for traditional Cuban food as well. I am visiting the city but if I lived here I’d be going to this spot a few times a month for sure.
Service was friendly and professional. I didn’t wait long for my meal. I really have no complaints at all.

If you’re looking for something different, Q’Bola is the place to go. This hidden gem serves one of the most delicious Cuban sandwiches I’ve had. There truly is something for everyone, my kids loved the Hawaiian pizza and the authentic fish sticks, while the ropa vieja was flavorful, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and took great care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is nice – very relaxed. We went on a Saturday around 6pm. They had live music and he sings beautifully. Loved it.
There were two other occupied tables. It took longer than it should have for someone to acknowledge us and provide menus.
I was surprised to see tostones only offered as an appetizer and not a side dish. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and asked if I could swap out the French fries for tostones. The answer was a firm, “no”. I believe (if I remember correctly), the waitress said I could sub the fries for the plantain chips only. Again, I could be wrong, but I know for a fact they would not allow us to sub the fries for tostones. Rather than being inflexible, allow your customers the option to make substitutions, just tell them they’ll incur an upcharge. I would have been fine with that. I realize making tostones is harder and probably more expensive than throwing frozen fries into a fryer, but giving people the option while making them aware of an upcharge is more customer friendly while still being profitable. We ended up ordering the tostones appetizer: three enormous, delicious tostones. Those were the best part of my meal. The fries that came with the sandwich were like the fries you get at a freezer section of any grocery store. Not awful, but for the price, I would have expected something better.
The other issue I had that the pork meat in the sandwich (not the ham, but the other pork meat), was dry. It had a texture as though it had been sitting under a heated lamp and dried out. Again, I could be wrong. I’m just making an observation that the edges were dry and stale. Given that the bread was toasty and crunchy (and done nicely), if the meat wasn’t as dry, it would have been more enjoyable.
We weren’t specifically offered any drink refills (the sodas are canned, not fountain drinks), but the waitress came by once to ask if we needed anything. I don’t know how true it is, but another reviewer posted that they charge for water. Makes me glad I didn’t ask for any.
My other critique is the flan: it was edible, but it had this odd, overly sweet taste that I couldn’t put my finger on. My husband said it might be boxed. I didn’t even know you could make flan from boxed contents. But when he mentioned that, it made sense. It had this “boxed-cake-like” flavor to it. I could only have two bites.
When the bill came: $77+ for three meals, one alcoholic drink, two nonalcoholic drinks, and three tostones. I feel that’s too pricey for what we got. It’s not like the portions were huge (other than the Cuban sandwich, which was quite large).
Frankly, I don’t know if I’d go back just for the food. The atmosphere would entice me.

The foood and atmosphere was perfect! And was super good. I went driving around trying to find best cubano! And I would it.. it was The Cubano sandwich, a quintessential Cuban delicacy, is a delightful blend of flavors and textures that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Cuba. Traditionally made with Cuban bread, the sandwich is layered with succulent roasted pork, sweet ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and a slather of mustard. Its origins can be traced back to the Cuban immigrant communities in Florida, particularly in Tampa and Miami, where it became a popular lunchtime staple. The bread is pressed and grilled, creating a crispy exterior while keeping the interior warm and melty. Each bite offers a harmonious balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet notes, making the Cubano not just a meal but a celebration of cultural fusion and tradition. Whether enjoyed at a local café or prepared at home, the Cubano sandwich is a delicious testament to the flavors of Cuban cuisine.

Great place!!! I would of gave this place a 5 star if the main dish was hot but it was luke warm like it was sitting underneath a warm as it waited for the rice to finish cooking because that was the only thing that was steaming. But other than that our waitress was super sweet and friendly.

My friend and I wanted to try a new restaurant today and this was it. It is located in a shopping center next to a Cuban grocery. A quant and comfortable spot with steady traffic. I ordered the Cubano sandwich with fries and my friend had the pork plate with yuca fries and plantains. The food came out really quickly and hot. My sandwich was huge. My pork plate was nicely portioned as well. The food was seasoned well and we enjoyed it. The pricing is decent and fair. I appreciate being able to get a whole meal without breaking the bank.

The food was not bad, but I wish I had known the vegetable side was just shredded lettuce and cabbage and some sliced cucumber and tomato. I felt like the price was a little high for what I got. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere at all.

First time. Good coffee! The croqueta sandwich was an interesting creation. I love trying new takes on traditional dishes. I’ll be back for the Cubano for sure! Marian was very helpful. She showed me pictures of the sandwich on her phone before i ordered it because I didn’t know what it was. Very helpful! Gracias!
