Absolutely the worst food I think I’ve ever ordered in my life, rotten lettuce, what even is this burger? I ordered a regular burger and a Caesar salad.. the bacon is GREY, I literally have never spat food out immediately out of my mouth, the chicken is also 110% bad. This place was filthy from the moment I walked in. The floor was sticky, the counter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and the overall smell was just bad. The lady working there was cleaning something with dirty gloves, then used those same dirty gloves to touch the pizza oven and ingredients — completely unhygienic and unacceptable!
The pizza itself was horrible. The dough was half-cooked, the cheese and vegetables were falling off, and it looked like someone just threw random toppings together. I clearly said no spice, but it came out so spicy I couldn’t even finish a slice. When I mentioned it, she didn’t even apologize — just gave attitude and acted like it was no big deal.
I recently moved to the city and had people warn me not to go there because it’s unprofessional and the food is gross. I still decided to give them a chance — and honestly, I regret it. It was one of the worst dining experiences ever.
Dirty, rude, and zero sense of quality or hygiene. Never going back, and I’d seriously warn anyone else to stay far away from this place.

The pizza itself is good, and one of the better options I’ve found in Halifax.
Unfortunately, customer service over the phone was consistently poor. I called many times on different occasions and was met with a rude, dismissive tone and conflicting information about delivery availability, despite the website showing delivery(in-house drivers) as active.
The inconsistency and lack of professionalism made me uncomfortable ordering. Good food doesn’t fully make up for that experience.

Cold pizza. Driver couldn’t find our high-rise which was 5 minutes drive away. Called me two times when I gave him directions he would just hang up on me. Finally I went downstairs and he asked me if this was my address. SMH!

I ordered through Uber! Hand Down! Best pizza i ever had. I bet you if you try this pizza, you will not try any other chain. Of course support local though. Toppings so well distributed it’s visible in picture.
Suggestion- Add pop and dipping sauce in uber App or at-least i couldn’t find it, if already there.

The price is not too bad, but the quality of the food needs serious attention including the overall hygiene. It was my first time eating here, while confused with the menu the person rudely asks me for what I want rather than being helpful and I noticed that the guy did not wear gloves or wash his hands before preparing my order. He made pork bacon pizza with the same hands to make my order one after another. I order a Halal chicken pizza and was shocked to see how things are handled here. I assume they also do not use separate utensils for their Halal items. I strongly suggest you to not eat here specially when they cannot differentiate and respect others beliefs. Other than that the fries used in the poutine seemed expired and tasted weird. The onion rings were absolute waste of money. I am probably never visiting this place again.

Personally, I found the delivery man to be hilarious as he informed me that he, distinct from every other delivery man, did NOT require a GPS. Absolute legend.
As for the pizza…bomb crust. Sort of a low rise, deep dish style. Heavy but worth it. Toppings were generous and tasted great; big fan of the red peppers
The vegan cheese tasted great but lacked the elastic consistency of the bovine variety, which put off some in our group. This is the only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating.
Overall, great place to grab a pie — but the current vegan cheese will likely keep me from returning. This review obviously doesn’t apply to those who can stomach dairy/lactose, so take it with a grain of measured salt 🙂
