I have never received a pizza that was fully cooked. The toppings are often cold and the cheese not fully melted. I tried the new stuffed crust and it was so doughy that I had to return it. This location has no interest in quality food preparation.

I ordered for delivery on the app , the app doesn’t show where driver is at all on the map. They then never deliver my pizza but the app says delivered. I tried calling the store for an hour no one ever picks up. So me and my family is out 3 pizzas and 4 bottles of soda. I’ve ordered from here plenty , not once has a driver failed to locate where I live. Guess today was my lucky day.

I haven’t been to Domino’s in a very long time. There just happened to be one in the plaza that I went into. That is why I did not do a written review. Although Domino’s Pizza is okay in my book. Pretty useless dominos. The driver couldn’t find our order so took it back to the store and texted us saying to come to the store to get it. When we get to the store they say the driver dropped it off and “if we were home we’d have our pizza” when we were told to visit the store. The manager also said they left the pizza at the door with the ring camera when we don’t have a ring camera. This dominos franchise is sketchy, stole our pizza, and are covering it up and refusing to provide a refund.

I ordered – realised the app did not show the hotel name – phoned the store number 3 times – “we record calls but don’t flippin answer” – 1 hour 20 mins later the delivery guy called and I cancelled – useless – drove to whisper lake who were fantastic.

Not sure how you can screw up a simple cheese pizza (for my kids) but what we received should have never passed the “Quality Assurance” stage. My kids (4 and 6 years old) refused to eat the pizza saying it looked “scary”.

Bad services. Couldnt call their store from the app and half the time their drivers dont have tracking. Waited over an 1 and a half for my order. I wanted to cancel after 45 mins and just order pizza on uber because even they dont take that long and they always have promos. Plus they take so long to deliver it that by the time the food comes, its COLD! If i wanted cold pizza i couldve bought frozen pizza from family Dollar or Walmart for 1/4 their price. Couldnt even do that or reach the store after waiting 10 mins on the phone. Would give 0 stars if i could and ive been a long time, maybe 6 years loyal customer to them. Will no longer order from there, Bruton Blvd store just lost another customer. Might as well just go heat up my food in the microwave now after nearly two hours of placing my order. Crazy. Worst part they only 10 mins from my house! Placed an order at 8:30 ish and it still hasnt arrived even tho its 10:15 im writing this review. I dont recommend here.
(EDIT) my order finally arrived at 10:36pm. 2hrs and 6 mins from when i ordered it. It seems theres only ONE driver because he had alot of orders in his car. Meaning A lot of ppl would receive their food cold. I had to heat mine up. If you have a brain, don’t order from here and just pick up if you can. If you can’t then choose another store to order from!
PS I ordered before 8:30pm but because i don’t recall the exact time, i rounded up. Do better i did. At least next time i know!

Horrible customer service. Called and placed an order for delivery. We were told 40-50 minutes. Called an hour later when pizza had not arrived. They said they didn’t have an apartment number, which they did, and we didn’t answer the phone when they called, which they never called. Now have to wait another 40 minutes for their mistakes. No offer on their part to make this right. Calling Marcos in the future.
Pizza arrived 2 hours after order was placed. It was not we ordered. NEVER use this location. It’s obvious they do not care about customer service.
