Our dinner party almost didn’t land here and I’m so glad we did!! And extremely grateful the manager extended our res from 6 to 9. Our server Heather immediately sent the message that this was going to be a great meal. Service was more than matched by the food. I honestly set my expectations based on reviews… but I don’t know what some of these reviews are on about… these dishes were delish!! Highly reco pickles, fondue and meatloaf. But that steak!! Holy cow… share it around. Sooo rich! Great find and very happy they were so accommodating.

My first dinner out on Main Street Park City. I walking in this place solo and there were seats at the bar. Heather, the bartender, was very friendly and explained the menu very well. I went with the ‘famous’ meatloaf and it did not disappoint. Great place.

⭐️Food: 10/10
⭐️Service: Exceptional
⭐️Atmosphere: clean, rustic, unique
⭐️Value: Would drive over an hour to eat here no question! Comfort food with an elevated twist.

We love Purple Sage! It’s about an hour’s drive from Park City, and we will make the drive just to eat there. The food is always incredible. The flavors are rich and unique, and every bite leaves you wanting more! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting and has that perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort. We especially love sitting on the patio when it’s warmer weather.

We usually go during their summer menu for our anniversary, and it never disappoints—the dishes are always creative, fresh, and packed with flavor. The Butternut Squash Ravioli is something I CRAVE throughout the year. I’m not sure if they still have it but the Green Chile Queso is another must-order for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Update: to add more photos!
Came back this year for your anniversary and again, it did not disappoint. We can always count on Purple Sage to serve incredible dishes. Every single one. We gave the green chili mac and cheese a try this time and we couldn’t stop eating it!

My meal was fantastic and everyone elses but two in our group of nine was happy with their food. They both ordered grits and were surprised and not in a good way. The color and texture was off-putting. The lighting was pretty dim but gave an intimate vibe. The waitress could’ve been more attentive but she was fine.

The food was above and beyond what we were expecting, taste wise. Giving 4 stars only because my wife has Celiac and she got sick, so there seems to have been some cross contamination. Great service and atmosphere as well! Glad to have eaten here for my 40th, although they didn’t mention my birthday even though my wife mentioned it to them on the reservation. Probably will not be back due to my wife getting sick.

It’s definitely one of the more upscale restaurants in Park City. You should get a reservation. The decor inside is very beautiful and adds to the romantic atmosphere. Service is pretty good as it should be for the higher price point. The duck was cooked perfectly, and the cocktails were well crafted. The cornbread is great and a nice surprise. For sure, the swanky place you’re looking for for a nice dinner.

This was our favorite spot in Park City. We closed out the weekend here after 5 days. We ate at a number of restaurants twice as expensive as this one. The bison short rib was impeccable. 10/10! Elle waited on us and she was polite, accommodating and prompt. Thank you.

Excellent food and service. Accommodated me at a table (not at the bar) without a reservation on a full night. Prices are typical Park City, but for this level of quality it’s worth it. Recommended.

Another great PC restaurant. We had the Salmon and Duck. We both like rare and while they said it salmon would be medium rare the middle was perfectly pink and very juicy. The duck was cooked pink in the middle as well which was perfect for us. The mini sweat cornbread muffins are awesome too! I gave a 4 because of the pairings. The grits with salmon are fine. And the Mac and cheese with duck was ok, very light cheese sauce which is fine but not flavorful. We would come again. Excellent service and atmosphere.

The trout was amazing! This restaurant is one of the few open after 9 in park city- with rave reviews we had to try it! The food was outstanding and the food was top notch- my water glass never got empty! The bread and muffins that came with the meal were great as well! My friend got the meatloaf and enjoyed it- I did not try it as it contains nuts, but it looked good!
