I’ve dined in before (though never remembered to take photos) and have ordered delivery through Uber Eats more times than I can count. I’ve tried both their breakfast and lunch options – the egg dishes, wraps (the chicken caesar is my go-to), and bowls (especially the salmon) are all consistently great, with a nice variety to choose from. Lately, I’ve been ordering the strawberry matcha and pistachio chocolate tart as an afternoon treat, and it’s become my favorite combo. Highly recommend!

I ordered from uber eats at lunch the tuna bowl. the tuna unfortunately it did not seem or taste fresh. it was super ocean smell and taste overly fishy, a slimy texture and an unusual iridescent appearance. Raw fish should be clean smelling and firm, si this was disappointing and concerning.

I shop here and at other locations almost daily. I usually order through the app and pick up in store. This time, I placed my order directly with the cashier, and she was not aware that substituting the chocolate protein for Chocolate PB and changing it to collagen protein does not have an additional cost. Instead, she attempted to charge extra for it.
I believe it is very important for cashiers to be properly trained on all menu items and their variations, as they are the ones selling and offering the products to customers. Under normal circumstances, all the employees who have assisted me at this location have been very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the young lady who assisted me this time was not. She seemed very rushed to finish packing the pastries into bags.
Additionally, I purchased two juices, and I had to ask for a bag, as it was never offered to me. In my opinion, when working with the public, having a good attitude, a smile, and a genuine willingness to help is essential. If that is not the case, perhaps the opportunity should be given to someone else who is eager to work.
I enjoy shopping here very much and hope to see improvements in customer service.

I visited Pura Vida in Doral with my friends, and while the vibe was nice and the place is definitely cute for a casual hangout, the service was a bit disappointing. The food took almost 35 minutes to arrive, and by the time I got my plate, everyone else at the table had already finished theirs. It kind of took away from the experience. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Got the butterfly Pea ginger Latte and Sesame Seed Chocolate cookie. I appreciate the strong ginger of my tea and the soften of the cookie as that can be hard for gluten free. The menu looked good, but definitely a little over priced on some items. However, plenty of gluten free choices and definitely want to come back to try their wraps. The vibes inside were nice and the workers kind.

Last week was my first time in this location. I ate pesto chicken wrap recommended by the person at the cashier. It was really good. I went today to eat the same wrap and was totally different. No avocado, no cheese, no tomatoes and the person in charge (manager) didn’t even try to give me the avocado, cheese and tomatoes on the side. She didn’t care and she didn’t know anything about it. So I unwrapped it in front of her and there wasn’t avocado, no cheese, no nothing. Just chicken and arugula or spinach. Bad experience this time. The waitresses don’t care about the customer experience at all. Also, the place was full and the people who were picking up the delivery, were seating or standing on the high chairs waiting and it was almost no place to seat. Do something about it. This is my go-to spot after my spinning classes since it’s conveniently located nearby. The place is small but very cozy and welcoming. It’s situated in a beautiful area of Doral, which makes it even more enjoyable to visit. The service is consistently good, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Our next family food adventure take us to Pura Vida located at Downtown Doral at breakfast time, we walking around and enjoy the morning at Downtown we decided to go inside and was the best decision.
The decoration of the place is incredibly relaxing and creative, the white color is the one that predominates so that the costumers feel in an atmosphere of inner peace in which they can savor a delicious Latte created by an artist.
The attention to the costumer was very friendly, they explain the entire menu and the ingredients and the options according to what we wanted and thanks to that our experience was the best.
What we ordered was salmon avocado toast. You can feel the combination of coriander, lemon, feta cheese, olive oil and the freshness of the salmon. My wife and son ordered the omelette with bacon and vegetables, exquisite by the way, all the dishes were full of colors. like a postcard of nature.
I want to thank the Pura Vida team for the experience, everything was excellent.
