It’s unfortunate when your elderly mom wants Mickey Dee’s and says stop across from Miami-Dade college. All I can say is this is the WORST McDonalds I’ve been to. NO ONE spoke English fluently and understood, the cooking area was nasty and in disarray and after waiting 10 minutes my mom’s sandwich was colder than her strawberry, banana smoothie, which was perfection! (Uugh I should’ve taken a pic) then we were asked to park to get a hot sandwich after waiting in my truck 8 minutes I went inside to find her sandwich sitting on the windowsill. So finally a new one was made which I assumed was better then my mom said we waited all the time for a microwaved sandwich harder than a door stop!
The manager was rude
The girl at the windowsill taking the order did good and she was fluent, but the girl handing out the food could only hand you a bag and a smile!

This location is a joke. The manager Ricardo (at least that’s the name he gave me) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lines are always long. Over 20 minutes in line is unacceptable. And any time you express that you don’t like how you’re being treated, they brush you off or literally laugh in your face.

This location is a JOKE.
I’ve been sitting at the intercom for over 15 minutes — no greeting, no “hold on,” no nothing. Just sitting there like an idiot, stuck between a line of cars, unable to move forward or back. I wasn’t trying to order a full meal — literally just wanted ice cream. That’s it.
And I already know how this goes — after making customers wait forever, they love to hit you with the classic “ice cream machine not working.” It’s beyond frustrating and unprofessional. This happens WAY too often and no one ever takes accountability.
Y’all need better management, faster service, and people who actually care about doing their job. Because right now? This location is giving lazy, slow, and careless.
Do better. Or shut it down.

Dont think I’ve ever had fries this old. I’ve had old fries, but this just feels like these were fries from yesterday refried at 12 pm and still serving at 4 pm. Things are tough, but geesh, this is over the top.

Average, on the best day. One of (if not the slowest) McDonald’s I’ve been too. Don’t know if its the crowd (near college), the traffic (27th Avenue is a major thoroughfare) or (yes, you know, the staff and internal workings). I go if I really need to go, don’t be in a rush.
