I had such a wonderful experience at Pur & Simple in Edmundston today! Our waiter, Samuel, was absolutely amazing — so polite, attentive, and friendly. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and relaxing, making the whole meal that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Samuel, for the great service — you really made our visit special! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Came in for breakfast, there was 12 of us! Our server was Lynn! She was outstanding from the very start. Very helpful with the menu. Ordering was a breeze. We didn’t wait long for our food. The food and service was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely come back when I come back to Canada and would recommend my friends to come here too. Thank you!

I went a bit out of my way to go to this restaurant when traveling through on the highway and it didn’t disappoint. Maxine the server was able to help me decide on the menu after explaining to Him about some dietary restrictions that I had, and double checked with the kitchen when He wasn’t sure. The meal came in an appreciable amount of time and the portion was generous and fresh with all of the fixings ready to enjoy. When I was paying I asked Maxine if he would consider working anywhere else, and he said no despite there being a good amount of jobs around. When the employees can vouch for a place, and after thoroughly enjoying a delicious meal, I consider a 5 star review worthy of my time.

A truly superb breakfast spot! Why come here? The fresh squeezed orange juice, the exceptional menu offerings, the large portions, the presentation of our food on the platter, great coffee (in large mugs, with refills a-plenty), and big, bright sunny windows. And, most especially, Anna Eve’s (apologies if I misspelled your name!) great, big, welcome smile under her Santa hat. Give yourself a treat. During this busy season, pamper yourself, pause to exhale, and stop here to enjoy a festive seasonal breakfast.
