I was in this location for piazza, was at the counter guy name how’s name is Jose ask him I want to order pizza and show to him on my phone which’s on Pizza Hut online deal 2 large pizza 1 topping $21.99
He refused to take my order state that I have to order online ,did not take my order I left from the store after that I was in the parking lot sitting in my car call the store phone number guy how pick up his name is Malachi he take my order and become with starry 2 liter soda total $36.85 I would not buy a pizzas from the store only I purchased because of my son he earned a coupon from his school for reading , and also I asked about the coupon to Mr Malachi how can I order for my he stated that just go to cashier and order from them finalized my order went back to the store front asking to order personal pizza pie at counter there’s is nice lady she is taking care the order in the meantime Jose came to the counter again he refused to take the coupon only I have to order online I said to him I just spoke with Malachi on the phone he said I can order it at the counter after that he said I am not supposed to take the order but I am taking it now ,order I was waiting for my pizza after about 10 minutes there is cupel came with the young boy there’s no pre orders or phone call came to counter and order Jose is toke there order, now question is why he didn’t take my order at the time when I was at the counter one hour earlier it’s totally disrespectful to the customers , I been at the store this is my first time who ever owns the store pay attention with going on how he handles the business and customer , please take a look at the video recording you have on your store.

We are here from out of town. We ordered a pizza delivery at 5:47 pm for our kids and their grandma while we went out to eat. The estimated time was 6:17pm . We drove 30 minutes away , have eaten and drove 30 minutes back and it is now 9:25pm and we still have no pizza . We called at 6:45 and were on hold for over 15 minutes and they told us they had to void the first order because there was no delivery driver but they replaced the order and it would be free. Still not able to provide a time for the pizza to be delivered. . We are here now and the manager wants us to take our kids pizza from 3 hrs ago. He refused to remake the pizza without us repaying for it until we asked for the number to corporate. Then he finally said ok ill have a new one out in 15 minutes. Very disappointed and will not be returning. They were not busy … they simply just didn’t care about the customer & it shows. Must Mention corporate at this location for better service. Just received the pizzas at 9:30 pm after picking it up. Just wow

I went here when i was 14 and had the buffet. I wanted to try it again as a 30 something year old adult, and almost got robbed by somebody wearing US Polo Association from head to toe. needless to say since then we go elsewhere. Also this may have been a me thing because we almost got robbed 2 more times the same night within a 90 minute time span.

If i could rate this place a 0 I would this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star the customer service is horrible a $79 order gone no where! was ordered at 9:30 was supposed to get delivered at 10:40 and never came save yourself the hassle and go to a different place this place is terrible!!!

I am from out of town and visiting the area. I ordered a pizza while driving back from Magic Kingdom. The food was ready as soon as I got there for a carryout order. Made the night easier to manage.

Who knew there was still a Pizza Hut with a dining room still open, well this one is yet there’s not service, you order in the counter and sit yourself in the dining room, I must say the pizza was very good and the dining room was very well kept clean and decorated for Christmas.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut I place a mobile order online and paid online when I got to the counter they were demanding an extra $5 saying there was a balance on the order I clearly showed them how much I paid and what the total was at checkout. I had even left a tip. But they kept insisting I needed to pay more and the food definitely wasn’t worth the price so I had them cancel the order and left with no food.

First issue was that the app would not work. Kept getting a “something went wring” message. Callled the number and got left on hold. We hung up and got a call back immediately from a call center. Placed our order and waited. And waited….
Order was taken to the wrong address, then finally brought to our hotel but was attempted to be delivered to front desk even though our room number was one the order. The people at the front desk said they did not order pizza. So, the pizza was apparently on the way back to the store. We called the number again, and nobody answered. We hung up and got another call back.
Finally got our food and the ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG!! Not to mention, lukewarm by that time. Pizza toppings were close but wrong on both pizzas, breadsticks were supposed to be cheese bread and one of the drinks was wrong.
Did I mention the bits of cardboard on my pizza? What the hell? Love Pizza Hut but this was just ridiculous. Gave 2 stars onstead of 1 because on one more call back, the woman who answered was very apologetic. As of time of writing this review, still waiting for a correct pizza and cheesebread to be delivered….almost 2 hours after this mess started.

Pizza arrived completely burnt. It looked like they poured parsley on it to hide the burnt. I’m assuming that was made 7 hours ago. Now i’m calling and No one is answering. Did not give 2 liter soda I paid for. Below is PROOF! Horrible! NEVER EATING AT PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Dominoes would’ve NEVER!!
