If you are considering trying pupusas for the first time, this restaurant is an excellent place to begin. The pupusas were wonderfully prepared, flavorful, and truly memorable. The fajitas were equally impressive, offering a rich and satisfying balance of seasoning and texture.
While the Guatemalan tamale was not our favorite lacking a sufficient amount of chicken to fully bring out its potential it was still an interesting addition to the meal. Despite this, the overall dining experience was highly enjoyable.
The service was exceptional: attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests felt well cared for. For these reasons, I would gladly recommend this restaurant to friends, family, and anyone seeking an inviting and flavorful culinary experience.

I’ve been in this area for a while and I’ve heard great things about this place. I’ve always wanted to go but the timing never panned out until I was in East Brainerd and free for dinner. It was the perfect time and place to go.
My friend and I came here, got seated quickly, and ordered right away. We both got horchata and three pupusas. I picked a Chicken, Chicken and Cheese, and Bean and Cheese pupusas. When I first ordered it I wasn’t sure how large the pupusas would be and if it would be enough. But after seeing it and eating, the portion size was perfect.
Every bite was delicious. The filling inside was delicious and had a generous amount. But don’t even get me started on the sides. The curtido (pickled veggies/vinegar slaw) was incredible. When they dropped off our food, they also gave us a full container of curtido. After we were done with our food, our container was finished as well. There was only juice left inside and if I wasn’t full, I would’ve drank that thing. It had the perfect tang, not too vinegar-y or too acidic, and the vegetables were so crunchy and fresh. And the salsa too! Flavorful, had a nice kick, perfect spice level.
I’ve heard good things about this place for years and after coming here, it’s not hard to see why. I look forward to coming back here again.

A highly recommended place, I visited it with my family. You feel very peaceful there, the food is delicious, the waiting time was not very long, the price is good for the order, we didn’t know that there were no pupusas on Sundays so keep that in mind, the waitress is super friendly, and the favorite drink is purple juice. The steak is very tasty, a fairly large plate and the tacos are delicious. Visit this place, you will surely have a good experience too.

Let me tell you something. I have never had a steak seasoned so well. I had the chef salad and it is something serious. I want them to be my secret place so badly but the world has to know about them. And their customer service is top tier.

Their pupusa was amazing, the sauces and their pickled vegetables was top-notch. Fried plantains were the best, will definitely come again for this. The only thing I didn’t like was Horchata. Service was good.

I want to start off by saying I love this place. The food is so delicious. Especially the cow foot soup, I freaking love it… but while i was eating this order I bit into a strange texture to find a napkin in my food…. a cooked napkin. Maybe I am missing something about how it’s made but I am seriously struggling to understand how someone wouldn’t notice they are stir frying a napkin…. I am still giving the food 5 stars because I damn near almost ate that napkin it was good and well seasoned it is still tempting me even now.

The food was good. Will I ever come back? Probably NOT. My family and I are visiting the area and we were told about this place mainly for the pupusas. We got excited and came. Today is Sunday July 28, 2024 we came around 12:50pm my husband went in and got us a table. The waiter said she would be back with menus and his drink. Then I came in (was changing the baby in the car) the waiter walked by us 2 times and never brought the menus. My husband called the waiter and then she brought the menus, after a while she finally came back to get our order. We waited which we felt like eternity because mind you we were super hungry at this point. We didn’t get our food by 1:50pm at this point I was so ready to leave but my husband really wanted to wait. She had told us they don’t serve pupusas til 4pm so we ordered other foods. Anywho we inhaled our food at this point and left. If we ever come back to the area we will not come back to this place. Forgot to mention my husband got his drink after his food was served smh.

I stopped by to try the pupusas. I ordered 4 pupusas. 2 pork and cheese and 2 cheese and loroco. The pupusas were not what I expected. They lacked flavor, the pork and cheese pupusas had plenty of pork but had no flavor. I’m a Salvadorian, that loves pupusas and I know authentic Salvadorian food. This restaurant claims to have authentic Salvadorian cuisine, it’s not authentic. It’s also over priced. The closest authentic Salvadorian food is 42 minutes away in Dalton. Even though I live 15 minutes away, I’ll be making the 42 minute drive to get authentic salvadorian food.

We went as we were craving lomo salteado. Very happy with our meal. They accommodated my son’s picky taste buds (no cilantro). He gobbled down his meal. He REALLY liked it.
We also got a bean and cheese pupusa. Their cabbage slaw was excellent. My son loved that too.
It’s an interesting menu with Salvadoran, Guatemalan and Peruvian dishes as well as tacos.
We will definitely return. Son also got a tres leche strawberry cake to take home. It looks amazing.
