Be aware that if you don’t receive all items in your order and/or your order is wrong, you will not get your money back. I ordered through the app, items missing and incorrect, and requested assistance through the app. I was given a code for free pizza with a disclaimer that not all locations accept the code, and sure enough this one did not participate with that. I replied asking for an alternative, was told I’d receive a call and never did. I replied again and was told I’d receive a call within 3 days and never did. Check your order before you leave — it’s way too expensive to not receive what you pay for, and the quality is hit or miss.

Normally I don’t have any issues but lately the past few times I’ve ordered have been bad, seriously? Wasn’t even cooked all the way through, cheese sticks were not cut, barely any chicken on the white sauce pizza and the sauce and cheese on both barely went out to the edges, order was later than the estimated delivery time and said it was on the way before it was then sent me another message that it was on the way 25 mins later. I used to work at a pizza place, this is terrible.

Ordered pizza for the 1st time in a couple of years because of bad experiences. I ordered the large stuffed crust with 2 types of pepperoni. I should have ordered extra on both because it seemed like they took half of what they normally put on it and put the other half with the cupped pepperoni. A 10 minute drive home and the pizza was still hot and not as greasy as I was expecting. I believe they have new management and seemed to be improved. Will give them another shot.

New Cheese steak Melt. Thought I would try this new item and this is what I received. Basically it’s 2 slices of pizza folded over onto each other with some seasoning on the crust. This is exactly as picked up and in my car. The toppings were all smeared out onto the carton and the half the crust was stuck to the lid. No wrapping paper or anything to separate it and it was not fully cut. Just a box with a mess in it. Very disappointing.

Empty desolate atmosphere. Food is mid teir as expected. Some employees are rude, some are not. Paying more for toppings mean you get less total… they’re systems(tech) are annoyingly outdated.

First time at this pizza hut. I’ve recently noticed there has been an increase in our pizza hut visits. Haven’t been let down yet. Been a long time since I called pizza hut one of my favorites. This place definitely did the trick. Our pizza was amazing and I love the vintage building.

Today, my baby girl turned 17 and we stopped by this Pizza Hut just randomly on the way to swim when we were greeted by Felicia, who was on the phone with a customer which answering what I’m sure felt like 100 questions with such grace and she knew the answer to each question asked When she got off the phone. She rang up our order and even helped me to my car after telling me about the Pizza Hut that was so beautiful it looked just like an original Pizza Hut took me back to eating with my grandmother. I could never repay Felicia for her kindness. I hope the right people see this and she gets the recognition she deserves.
