We’ve driven by this restaurant countless times, and finally decided to stop here for lunch after our son’s soccer game. Good decision! The place was clean, the service was great, and the food was fantastic! We loved everything we tried, including the yuca frita with the homemade dipping sauce, the pupusas, and the baleada (a thicker version of a quesadilla). And the homemade slaw was a tasty topping on each dish. The drinks were delicious too, and they have a variety of traditional drinks from Latin America. We wish we had tried one of their desserts as they looked great…but we were too full! The boys had a donut and it was big! They have plenty of big screen TVs for watching the games too. Very reasonable prices as well…we’ll definitely be back!

Was visiting Greenville for the first time and happened to pick this place as I had a craving for pupusas just before the hurricane hit. Picked up two – one jalapeño and one cheese. They were great! What made it really outstanding was the pineapple dessert I impulse purchased on my way out! It was creamy and perfect and made it so I could handle all the spice of the pupusa, then end the night perfectly comfortable and satisfied.

This place provides a ton of food for the money, and if you like pupusas prepare to have your taste buds educated… The only critical thing I have to say is fluorescent lighting and dining should not go together.

This place is the real deal! Authentic and delicious Salvadoran food. Blown away by how good everything was. If you get pupusas I recommend getting the rice flour ones. You can thank me later 😉

The pupusas are really good, they’re always super busy, and if you get their 3leches cake, ask them not to put chocolate syrup and cherry it makes it extremely sweet and last time mine went straight to the trash. And if you order to go or pay with card they’ll charge you extra fees for each thing.

All I get is Pupusas. I been going before the previous owners separated. From what I understand, their daughter took over. Pupusas can be a hit or miss with being thin, too much “breading” or not stuffed. The biggest issue is their stinginess with the sauce and cabbage for takeout. No matter how many times I tell them to put extra, I’ll get there and they haven’t. They’ll give the same amount of those no matter how much pupusas I order. I generally order on average 9 and they’ll be enough for one 2-3 pupusas. They’ll charge me extra and everything for it, stand there and look stupid questioning me like I’m not speaking the same language as them. The last two times they’ve also tried to send me with just spicy sauce that I’ve never gotten. So check your bags. Tip: Sit in and eat and they’ll give you generous amounts of cabbage and sauce.
