We ordered the pizza melts yesterday from the Pennsville, NJ Pizza Hut. We ordered 3 different kind, the meat lovers, pepperoni and chicken parmesan.When they were delivered and we could tell by the light box that they were flimsy. When we opened the box we were highly disappointed. There was hardly any meat in the meat lovers at all. The pepperoni on was lacking and the chicken parmesan was very slim. We tried calling them but of course no one answered. We will never oder from them again.

I placed an order online , it told me 20 mins. I drove all the way there and was shocked the entire store was pitch black. I thought I ordered from wrong store but then a couple more vehicles pulled up one being a door dash driver. All of us confused… some girl comes out locks door behind and her and continues to walk towards a car waiting for her… we’re all asking her what’s going on we’re picking up pizza… she was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL telling us the store closed at 8 didn’t bother to stop and talk to any of us. She got into the back of a car and shut the door they drove off leaving everyone standing there!! I’m livid!! I called corporate and they couldn’t figure out what was going on either… I said this girl should be fired. They said the store is supposed to be open till 10:30 … took my info and said corporate will be reaching out. So Dominos ended up getting everyone’s money tonight. That girl should be ashamed of herself.

I placed an order for delivery on the PIZZAHUT website. My order came and it was missing an item. Pizzahut is expensive to begin with so when I’m missing an item I want the item or I want a refund for that item. I called the store and they told me since they delivered it through door dash that it’s door dash responsibility. Tell me how that makes sense when I placed It through pizza huts site and they are the ones that decided to contract through door dash?! Not only that they are the ones that put together my food and handed off so again why would it be door dash’s fault. It’s not the delivery drivers fault that the workers at Pizza Hut are incompetent. I called door dash they of course reverted me back to Pizza Hut and told me to call the corporate number because when DoorDash tried to speak to the location they refused to deliver the item . I did try the corporate pizzahut number but it takes them to apparently do a two-three day investigation. Definetly won’t make the mistake from ordering here again!!

Ordered online and took an hour to get it. They didn’t not make the pizza right. It was hard and crust edge to cheese/sauce was huge. There barely any sauce on the pizza. This place is a joke!!

I ordered from Uber Eats last night and this usually my go to pizza spot but not anymore! I truly will never buy for this establishment ever again! I don’t even know where to start. This has nothing to do with them but Uber eats takes forever to try to get your refund and then they declined me. But I ordered the big box which comes with two pizzas breadsticks and pasta, which wasn’t even what I wanted in the first place. I called Pizza Hut multiple times trying to see when their fryers would be back up but they said their fryers had been down for 24 hours so I was stuck getting something I didn’t want in the first place. Not only that when I got my food I looked in the box and off rip you could see that the pasta was over cooked number 1 and number 2 barely anything in it. Okay cool whatever it’s just the pasta it’s fine right no my sister pulled off a breadstick and bit into it, it wasn’t done it was straight dough and under cooked plus it was very greasy and over seasoned. Not only that the pizza that was supposed to have chicken on it was missing the chicken like word payed $2 extra for what okay. The mushroom pizza was completely undone completely raw in the middle. So I contacted Uber support and their services send out the pictures and toss all of that in the trash cuz no way anyone is eating this! But UberEats declined my refund so I reach out to the store thinking Yk hospitality Yk we messed up we’ll do something for you just a little something Yk nope! The lady basically said absolutely not doing anything for you cuz you ain’t order from our site or something like that not those exact words but it’s simply not true I’ve been in situations where if you can pull up the order you can remake it… it just shows what type of person you are truly. She said bring it in and we’ll remake after I get the food back well guess what when I was calling last night when I still had the food nobody answered the phone she was basically saying she ain’t believe a word I was saying what I gotta lie for? This was one of my favorite stores you never heard anything from me before so why now? And I was wondering why they stopped getting business like that cuz they rude, can’t cook, and overworking they staff! Stop buying here it’s not even worth it!

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!Ordered delivery it came; I didn’t chose contactless deliver because it’s raining. The delivery time changed which was fine but when the update and no one knocked on the door. Instead left the food outside uncovered on the step in the rain.
