The food is good I didn’t think amazing and I love eating masa and chicharrón. The portion size is good as well. The salad on the side is really good. It’s the customer service that I believe needs to improve. I went one day at 1:25 PM and I get turned away because they are done for the day. I mentioned that I thought there hours were till 2 PM. I get told that they aren’t taking order because they want to close by 2 PM. At that point you might as well say the place closes at 1 PM if you want the time to clean or to finish orders or whatever the reason is to close. I decided a couple days later to order by phone this time and at 10 AM. A man answer the phone and is incredibly rude. I ask if I can place an order for pickup. The man just says it’s hours of a wait. So I’m like okay… so can I place an order for pickup? He repeats Himself. So I say okay can I pick them up by 12? He goes silent and I go so may I? He then replies what would you like? I tell him my order and he asks for my name and to me he came off with attitude and says you’re going to be here by 12 right? And I respond yes I will. He says okay and hangs up the phone. This whole conversation was in Spanish. From there I get to pick up my order and they proceed to charge me out and ask for a tip… I’m cool with giving a tip but there customer service is pretty bad in my opinion. They may have been having a bad day but man…

Super delicious food we tried the calabasa, frijol, chicharon, asada, and chicken. The little curtido of cabbage with onions and carrots with vinegar was to die for and their salsas really good will be definitely going back again. Very big portions 3 per plate.

A gentleman answered the phone and I don’t know if he was having a bad day but his customer service was not good. I understand it get busy there but you should still treat the customer like you want their business . Food was good
