Family owned pizza place in downtown Brownsboro. Our second visit. Classy lady helped me and was very informative and kind. Ordered a family sized Greek salad (new on the menu) and two pizzas. Pricing was very reasonable and made quickly. Greek salad was outstanding! Both pizzas got raves! We’ll be back and I hope that all towns people support them!

D’Angelo’s is a hidden gem in this small town. I stopped in while visiting family on vacation, and after the first visit, I couldn’t stay away. I went back multiple times because everything was just that good.

It’s family owned and operated, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. The pizza was hands down one of the best I have ever had, made completely from scratch with incredible flavor and a perfect crust. The chicken wings were “omg” full size, meaty, and absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is spotless, the service is fast and friendly, and the whole place has that warm, small town charm. I was blown away by their huge selection of sugar free sodas, the best I have ever seen anywhere.

As a bonus, I even set the high score on their classic Pac Man arcade game and racked up enough visits to take advantage of their rewards program.

If you are passing through Brownsboro, do yourself a favor and stop by D’Angelo’s Pizzeria. It is the kind of place you will rave about long after you leave, and you will definitely wish it was in your hometown.

Best pizza I have tried in Texas so far! Crust is thick and crunchy but still light and airy. Best Detroit style deepdish pizza I have tried in ANY state.

Edit: tried pizza here for 2nd time and it was just as good as the 1st time. Wings are huge and tasty! Funnel cake was very good. No complaints from me!

This unassuming gem, with its compact counter and a few tables overlooking a bustling open kitchen, channels the spirit of Detroit’s industrial grit into every square slice. The air hums with the scent of caramelized cheese edges and bubbling tomato sauce, a symphony for the senses in an otherwise tranquil locale.
The star here is undoubtedly the Detroit-style pizza, served generously by the slice for those seeking a solo indulgence or a shared revelation. Thick, airy focaccia-like crust provides a sturdy foundation, its corners crisped to perfection in steel pans that evoke the Motor City’s pizza heritage. On a recent visit, the bacon-topped variant emerged as a standout: smoky, crisped strips woven into the melty brick of Wisconsin cheddar that blankets the edges, with a vibrant, herb-flecked sauce dolloped atop for balance. Paired with a side of house-made ranch—creamy, tangy, and subtly garlicky—it elevates the humble slice to something approaching transcendence, where salt, fat, and acidity dance in harmonious rebellion against convention.
Service is warm and efficient, delivered by locals who treat each patron like a neighbor, though the space’s intimacy demands patience during peak hours. While not a destination for elaborate pairings or refined ambiance, this pizzeria punches far above its weight in flavor fidelity and heartfelt execution. A beacon for pizza purists in an unlikely setting—worthy of a detour for those craving authenticity over ostentation.

Finally, a pizza that crunches instead of flopping and tastes like someone loves to make pizza instead of corporate, pre-packaged pretender ingredients. Seriously folks, my wife is lucky this pizza made it home it smelled so good, and the taste definitely lived up to the expectations that the heavenly aroma gave me. I’m a D’Angelo’s fan for life. Support this local business, y’all won’t regret it.

This is the worst Detroit Style pizza I’ve ever eaten.

That’s what I’d say if it were true.

Absolutely delicious. Just got a Slice Combo with a Side Salad. I’m absolutely full.
Can’t wait to come back!

We ordered a large pepperoni and a large chicken bacon ranch, both fantastic! The ranch is as good as advertised. The owners are great people, service was sharp. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Thankful to have this place in Brownsboro!
