Had lunch here with my husband the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our bartender, Hui, was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and gave us excellent drink and food recommendations. Her service really made our experience outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Amazing pizza and great service!

I visited this pizza spot on February 12, 2026 around 5 PM, and it was honestly one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had in a long time. The crust was incredible — buttery, perfectly chewy, and unlike anything I’ve had before. You can tell they really care about quality.

The service was just as impressive. Our server (a younger Black female — I wish I remembered her name!) was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

If you’re in the area and looking for great pizza, I highly recommend stopping by. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a pleasant lunch experience at Pupatella. The ambiance was very cozy, the staff were very friendly, and our server Angela made us feel at home. She recommended the ‘Margherita DOC’ pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The dough and the crust had great texture and taste. We would get it again!

Pupatella Springfield is awesome. A great atmosphere, delicious pizzas and other dishes, and the staff is wonderful and customer service oriented. Especially Caitlyn L! She is knowledgeable of the menu, has a great personality, and made our dining experience a great one. I’m not a fan of white pizzas; however, Caitlyn’s suggestion to try the Buffalo Bianca was a winner. The pizza was delicious. Without Caitlyn’s suggestion we would never have experienced it. Great job Pupatella Springfield and Caitlyn!

I’ve always seen ads of Pupatella so I finally decided to give them a try! We got the appetizer sampler, mushroom truffle and prosciutto fig pizza. The sampler was alright but our pizzas were sooo good. It’s been awhile since we’ve had this style of pizza, so we’ve missed it a lot. Overall a great experience, I’ve been ordering carryout from them since.

This place is amazing! We brought the family here on a whim. Upon arrival as a group of 8, joining friends, we were able to get two tables pushed together for everyone. While there, they brought around an applecello drink and let us try out something they were working on. It tasted great. Then they came by and asked the kids if they wanted to make a pizza. They brought the kids up to the window and let them watch the whole process. Then after putting it in the oven, they brought it out for the kids at no charge. The also gave all the kids fedoras, which were a hit. In general, this place made it fun to grab dinner. 10/10 recommend! Never been here before but we’ll be coming back!

We were new to this place, and from the moment we walked in, the host was so friendly! Our server, Susana, was incredibly helpful, suggesting her favorite dishes from the menu. We tried what she recommended, and she was spot on—the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Plus, she made sure my son’s order was perfect, as he has severe allergies. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we’re definitely coming back with our friends and would highly recommend it!

I always love coming here with the family for the best Neapolitan style pizzas! The servers are always attentive and helpful. The house wines are really good, and a great value, and the cocktails are really well done too! Hui, the bartender, is really nice, and I can see myself coming for a drink and sandwich some night when the family is all busy and leaves me alone! If there’s a drawback, the place can get loud when it’s crowded, the hard surfaces reflect all the sound. But all in all, it’s a great place for awesome pizzas. Not to be missed!!

We had an incredible experience at Pupatella thanks to Julia! She went above and beyond as our server—so warm, welcoming, and full of personality. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was attentive throughout the entire meal without ever being overbearing. Julia truly made this our best visit to Pupatella yet. This is such a cute place tucked away in Springfield! I had the pleasure of being served by Miss Angel and it was such a warm feeling! She made sure we were okay every step of the way and told us all the options so we could make some tasty choices! I tried the bruschetta arugula pizza and the Pupatella wine form their social hour. Very affordable. I also had some fo their non alcoholic drink. I would recommend the grapefruit. All good choices. The other pizzas are great too. We aren’t really sit down pizza kinda people but this place and her service has changed our perspective. We shall definitely be back and with some friends and family! We highly recommend this place!
