This store seemed busy. Negatives. No receipts given when ordering on kiosk or when delivering food. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low. Food was overcooked and missing ingredients on sandwich.

I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often. I happened to stop in at the McDonald’s in Lovelock, NV. and was surprised at the service. The lady who took my order was friendly she seemed to be happy to help, and you rarely see that these days. On top of that, John, the manager, handed my food to me. He didn’t call out a number he walked up and handed me my food. That never happens. Like I said, I don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s, but I will definitely stop here again.

Men restroom needs some attention. One urnil does work, problem is they only have one…also hand sink faucet barely works also the faucet is not secured to the counter top and water barely comes out. Fantastic! Fish sandwiches were steamed correctly and have been fresh every time. Fries are hot, chicken nuggets are crisp, and not undercooked. Fries are not pulled 30 seconds early like some people think is ok at some McDonalds. Doubles and Big Macs were good. The ice cream was good when it worked, but last time the shake machine was broken. McDonalds is the only restaurant that has shake machine issues universally, but they substituted and that made me happy. Well done!

Ordered my breakfast on screen and sat on table with number and girl came out with my food with no greetings, like literally thrown food on my table and went back, the way she gave an attitude was very rude & aggressive; totally opposite of customer service. The bathroom was small. I had to push the soap dispenser 10 times even though it was full. The hand dryer was super low so even if you’re short you have to bend over to dry your hands. 1 urinal 1 toilet.
