Walked in around 1130am. Four people sitting at tables clearly being trained. Nothing but stares when we walked in. No greeting. Had to order at the kiosk. Only customers in the store. Food took 15 min but looks like it was cooked in seconds. The only table available was next to the employees being trained. Video they’re watching? Diarrhea and noro virus. But hey. The coke was perfect.

This freaking McDonald’s is disgusting literally the worst place I’ve ever eaten in my entire life for one the prices are outrageous for the food that they are giving I don’t understand that at all I can get a regular Big Mac meal for about $7 in Reno whereas I get a Big Mac meal here in this little town lovelock for almost 15 definitely not worth it because for one the burger was nasty it was cold it was old meat the vegetables were slimy like I cannot even fathom the fact of people serving this to me how the heck are you expected to eat something like that gross for real another they take forever took almost 20 minutes to get one meal what in the actual heck!! Employees are rude as well

We stopped here on our way to Idaho for Thanksgiving at our kids place. We were famished & ordered 2 meals, a big mac & chicken sandwich & then got back on the road. 20 minutes down the road the rumbling began! Luckily my husband found a convenient store w/a working bathroom! I tried & tried to get out of that bathroom)-: 1 hour later I stumbled back to our vehicle & we finally got back on the road. Later I felt alittle better. I learned my lesson the hard way & will never eat at McDonald’s again! To me it feels like Russian Roulette of the gut!

Was closed when they were supposed to be open. the website States the dining room is open it was not. Do not have consistent hours or consistent employees. I do not suggest stopping here on your way through town as this McDonald’s is a disgrace to the entire corporation. This will be the second time I came here and they are inconsistent.

All of it sucked. Servers are rude, Service is shitty, food is cold and they make you wait an hour for you food if you are inside and 45 mins in the parking lot if you go to the window or order online. Might as well not even stop . Or go to the Mavericks across the street, you’ll have better luck getting food in a timely manner.

Stopped here on our travels home to Utah and the service was incredible! Food was also great but what really stood out were the employees and how nice they were. I don’t leave reviews often but I had to after today’s great experience!

I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often. I happened to stop in at the McDonald’s in Lovelock, NV. and was surprised at the service. The lady who took my order was friendly she seemed to be happy to help, and you rarely see that these days. On top of that, John, the manager, handed my food to me. He didn’t call out a number he walked up and handed me my food. That never happens. Like I said, I don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s, but I will definitely stop here again.

This store seemed busy. Negatives. No receipts given when ordering on kiosk or when delivering food. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low. Food was overcooked and missing ingredients on sandwich.
