When we went in we told the guy 3 of us he just pointed at the menus so I asked if we can just sit anywhere because there is a sign that says please wait to be seated he said yes maybe 10 minutes lates he came over and asked what we wanted to drink we put in drink orders and he went on his way maybe another 5 minutes passed he came and got our dinner order and again went in his way we called him over because our utensils were dirty so we needed new ones no problem he brought them over 20/25 minutes later he brings our food portions were great very big and food was delicious but still no drinks we asked him when he brought food he apologized said he forgot someone else walked in he tended to them still no drinks I finally got up and went and asked for the drinking the counter which then he brought over service is really crappy but food was very flavorful and delicious

Very disappointed with not only the food but the service. My dasher (i ordered through door dash) said it was so unsanitary and the person fixing the food was sick to the point that she asked could someone else fix my food. She said no gloves coughing and would not cover her mouth. I received the wrong items and when I called the restaurant the person answering the phone said they did not have the item but the supervisor that came on the line said they did. Atp I wanted the incorrect items returned and the contaminated items returned. None of them were returned and due to this experience i would not eat there again.

I have to unfortunately editing my review for this place I was been sale by my first review I didn’t check my food when I came home until next day and I had trouble with the bill, I was charged twice the card, they gave me a plate I didn’t ask for and the meat was all fat.
I still haven’t fix the issue of double billing bizarre place, it’s really look nice and I like it it the food is no match.
I don’t really know what happen. And I didn’t even get soda. This is the review because before I posted as almost 4 star ⭐️still pending but I really afraid to go for a second trial since the meat it was totally failure

Today was my first time trying Punta Cana and when I say everything was so bomb, I mean everything!! I ordered the red croaker, pernil, white rice, pinto beans and yellow rice & peas, plantains and tres leches. Also the guy that took my order was sweet and knowledgeable on the food. Definitely gonna be stopping by after work since it’s closer to my job.
