Attended the FREE Saturday Music Bingo event and can’t wait to go back again. The host was so much fun and our group was able to make a reservation for 18 people.
Our group was large and there weren’t many staff so it was hard to get refills on out items.

There were 16 people in our party, mostly teenagers, who dined to celebrate our son’s birthday. We couldn’t have asked for better staff! We requested if we could occupy the ping-pong/pinball area and Daniel set up our reservation with ease. On the day of our visit, we arrived with the round tables arranged so the kids could all sit together. Menus were already on the table ready for perusal. Sam, our server, was a 10/10 – attentive, friendly, and very professional. Lily periodically cleaned the ping-pong paddles and made sure our area was okay. Greg carried a happy vibe in the DJ booth and noted that we were celebrating our teen’s birthday. He asked permission to greet him overhead – 2 thumbs up! Enrique made sure the game areas were clean and safe and assured us that he was available if we needed any help. Gerald was a great host and helped set up our bowling lanes – always with a smile. Simply superb service. We are extremely happy and satisfied that we held our son’s celebration here. For sure, the people we mentioned are a big part of our reason to come back and celebrate more birthdays for the year.

This place was awesome. My sisters and I we had a great time. I was scared of the nachos at first because it looked kind of funny but they taste amazing. All of the food was Grrrrreat . The staff was amazing as well. Very friendly and helpful and it was just a blast to being there. Definitely will return.

First time at this place, and low key was excited. We had a viewing party / birthday celebration. The atmosphere is a vibe for sure and happy hour is a good deal. We arrived before the party started and got to sit at the bar top, and John S was my waiter. Exceptional customer service, I must say. When he left I was bummed but turned out he was waiting on our party. He was on top of his A game with drinks and service. Very patient and on point! Whenever I said let me look for John, he was literally walking up to the table to check on us. Hands down the best service I’ve had in a cool minute. Will definitely be going again and would recommend this place and fingers crossed you get John!!!

Good food and service, but the environment was definitely pretty loud. They had a dj playing music that was overly loud. Not sure if it’s like that all the time. Burger was surprisingly delicious.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
My boyfriend and I were at this bar for 2 hours, and our server only came to our table three times total. At one point, I ordered a shot and didn’t receive it for 30 minutes and that was only because I had to track the server down myself. She had completely forgotten about it, and when she finally checked with the bartender, the shot had already been sitting there.
Trying to get the bill was an absolute nightmare. We waited about 40 minutes just attempting to ask for it and were seriously considering walking out. When I finally managed to get her attention, she ignored me and walked away. It wasn’t until another customer confronted her about ignoring me that anything happened.
Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. Disorganized, inattentive, and incredibly frustrating. Won’t be returning.

I just wanna say. Matthew took care of us then Ralph took over. They were able to make sure outlet party was able to have a fun night. Shout out to our bartender Andrew who was able to give us drink and lets us enjoy our night. Matthew, Ralph and Andrew made our night on this Thursday. Props to them and their hospitality. I put in an inquiry to have my birthday here on OCT 22nd, OCT 23 Amber left me voicemail stating she needs more information about my party. I called her back on the same day 5 mins after and left her a voicemail. After a few days I left her a voicemail. Nothing. Few days after that I decided to show up to Punch Bowl bc my Bday is on Nov. 22nd and time is getting close. I looked around and left my information with staff. Still nothing. I went early on a Saturday and spoke to more staff and they told me bc it’s holiday season more than likely it’s all booked. I AGAIN left my contact information. Nothing. I left a voicemail on the their phone asking to talk to a manager. A Kristen Carpenter emailed me asking me questions about my party, I didn’t hear from her anymore but now Amber called me. At this point I’m frustrated bc now it’s Nov. 11th! Amber said she would send me package options. It’s now Nov. 16th my birthday is Nov.22nd and I STILL HAVE ZERO INFORMATION. Amber never send me any information. I seriously can’t believe it’s almost been a whole month trying to just information. Clearly I have taken my party elsewhere where. The frustration and disappointment is exactly what you can imagine. Get a better system or hire people who want to make business!
