After coming back from Brazil a few days ago, I was longing for those authentic Latin flavors. This place definitely DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I had the Shrimp Chimi and it was cooked beautifully and the rice was packed with delicious flavor! I can’t wait to bring my Brazilian husband here when he finally gets to the states!

Got the street tacos with carne asada, was super good! My boyfriend got the classic nachos, decent but seemed under seasoned. Lastly we ordered 1 flaan and 1 serving of deep fried ice cream. Was very disappointed in the dessert, the flaan had a curdled texture which wasn’t pleasing at all, and the deep fried icecream shell and corn flakes were very stale.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Cadillac margarita is absolutely a smooth and enjoyable ride. Pork tamales are SOOOOOOO good. Aztec dip is a meal in itself. Salsa is delicious. Hubby loved the steak burrito California. I tried the steak too and it was tender and very flavorful. Its been a long time since I have been wowed, and this place definitely wowed me! We will absolutely come back. I am so full right now, but looking forward to our next visit. Bring your appetite cause portions are huge!!!! Thank yall so much for a delicious dinner to start our weekend see you soon!

Spotted Pulque Mexican Restaurant from interstate. We stopped in briefly after lunch rush so there was no one else in the restaurant.
Fast and friendly service.
Continual refills on drinks and chips / salsa.
Food arrived fairly fast. Would have liked it to be sizzling like a lot of fajita platters when it arrived, but that’s a personal touch to know my food is piping hot!
Flavorful. Veggies were crisp, not soggy like some places serve. Everything tasted fresh.
Pleasant surprise, would recommend.
Price: similar to other restaurants.
Atmosphere: clean, appeared well maintained. I bet during dinners or weekends the atmosphere is fun and festive.

I am so glad this restaurant has been bought by new owners! We had a great time here. The staff from the front of the house to the back was very polite and gave us excellent service. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The food was delicious, and everything we had so far had lived up to this standard. Proportions are a good value for how good it tasted! Margaritas are on point, and the chips and salsa are a key part of what’s makes a good Mexican restaurant a repeat destination for this cuisine. The two dishes we got were the Polque Bowl with chicken and the Fajita burrito with steak as the protein. The selection is very tempting, and because of the flavors we enjoyed, I think from the few times we have gone, you can’t go wrong. This is probably going to be the kind of place where we will just go down the menu and eventually try it all. I supplied pictures of the menu as I don’t see an online version of it to help everyone out who needs more info. Everything is clean and new in the restaurant. They did a good job making it their own. Only time will tell if it will stay up to this standard, but I have high hope for them. Thanks for a great time with my wife and a pleasurable experience we will be back!

Moving to the area soon so my husband and I stopped in to have lunch since we love Mexican food and would love to have a place near by we can go to regularly. If I could give this place more stars I would! The service was top notch, the food was flavorful and delicious and the drinks were out of this world good! Definitely can’t wait to make this part of our weekly routine!

I recently was in here the other day. The service girls at the front desk are a complete mess! When I asked if limes and the salsa comes with my meal which I ordered to go, $17 burrito,
they told me it did and they would include it.
So I paid and waited for them to make it.
They approached me before they even bring out my food saying “oh by the way it’s an extra $3 + charge if you want your limes and salsa do you want to pay that?”
I said no And I asked the two females “is this what you charge everybody who’s sitting in your diner right now you charge them extra $3 for limes and salsa?” and they said yes !!
this is the most worst Mexican restaurant establishment I’ve ever been in and I’ve told these ladies ” you told me it was included with my meal and now you say it’s $3 plus charge??!”
After I said no I’m not paying that they proceeded to bring out my bag to me and I told them that’s an inconvenience to me!!
And also I’ve never been charged that anywhere any Mexican restaurant in America!
So again this place is a horrible establishment the employees there in this entire restaurant, should be very clear on what they charge and do not charge instead of going back on their word of saying something is included with my meal and then telling me there’s a charge so clearly they were trying to get money out of me for their own tip or whatnot.
I don’t trust the service or the management, I would definitely not recommend anyone go there unless you’re trying to get ripped off.

I have waited to write my review after my experience at this restaurant due to how angry I was. Let’s start with my Server he was the only nice thing about this experience. I gave the restaurant a chance after being told by people it wasn’t good food or a good experience.. I have read the reviews after my experience and it honestly makes me even more angry that a owner/ manager would speak to people the way that he does. I didn’t care for my food but I would have still paid because it was a new experience and it’s a 50/50 chance if you will like a new restaurant. I noticed my chicken had a funny taste and I at first thought maybe it was a seasoning then had my son try it he could taste it as well. My daughter who had a different order had chicken on hers and she tasted it as well. So I decided to tell our server who brought out a manager who did not approach our table witha friendly demeanor instead it was instant attitude then when I let him know that the chicken tasted like a chemical he stated he ate the chicken and it was fine. Which I thought was odd. Anyway he got huffy and I said I wasn’t going to argue with him. I was just letting him know I did not ask for a refund on any of my food nor did I expect one. I told him that there was guacamole on my daughts plate when there shouldn’t have been.”allergy” He said ok at that point I asked for to go boxes and we removed all of the chicken from our plates and left it . Here is the real getter after leaving and reading the reviews. People leave reviews he then responds to those reviews with the same crap attitude that customers say he had but calls them liars. The food is mediocre we have way better Mexican restaurants in all of the surrounding towns. The best part of all those other Mexican restaurants and all the surrounding towns is their ownership. Their customer service and the people that work for them are amazing. This facility is the the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

10/10 meal ! Highly recommend the Quesabirras tacos and a side of rice. Don’t forget the blue margaritas!! Love the staff !!
