I wish we had vegan restaurants in Lexington but we don’t so I take the drive to Columbia. Today we stopped by for the first time and let me say. I absolutely love the burger, fries, Mac n cheese. I have to try the apple pie and fish and shrimp still so I will update this when I do. I have tried the fired oyster mushrooms and they were amazing and I don’t even like mushrooms. You have to try this. Sorry guys I ate my fries and Mac n cheese so I don’t have a picture.

Absolutely amazing time dining here. We dropped by not long after open and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the patio. We started with the loaded nachos which were phenomenal. We also got a couple of their juices, the midnight magic and bugs bunny, which were very tasty. For the entrees we got the teriyaki chicken and quinoa with a side of Mac and cheese and also the Rasta pasta with a side of plantains. Everything was delicious came out hot and fresh and very quickly too. The menu has a large variety of completely vegan options and everything we have tried so far was great. Also the owner is very sweet and you can see his passion in the food that you receive here.

Visiting from VA for a day and decided to try Enjoy Vegan Cafe because of the high reviews. I had the fish, shrimp plate with Mac & Cheese. Wow! Everything was perfected! Incredibly amazing delicious food! Thankyou for serving us a plate! My husband and I truly enjoyed every bite of our plate! Don’t miss out and try this cafe!

First let me start off with I have been a vegan for 35 +years. I travel all over and am a avid foodie. Wherever I visit I try to find a local vegan restaurant. Me and my daughter found this gem while traveling back from the Stevie Nicks concert and it did not disappoint. I just wish I could have ordered one of everything on the menu although we almost did lol. The cauliflower bites are on point and the cashew rolls were unique and amazing with the most delicious sauces. The oyster mushrooms were fried crispy , seasoned perfectly and accompanied by two delicious house made sauces the sweet spicy was my fav. The seedless spaghetti special they had was hands down the best vegan pasta I have ever had and I have enjoy food from some amazing fine dining chefs. It was full of favor, season to perfection, the noodles were even cooked perfectly al dente. The Rasta pasta rich creamy and oh so flavorful with the perfect level of spice for your palate. The aromatic smell alone makes your mouth water. The sides didn’t disappoint either we had 5 of them the quinoa was good perfect and seasoned to perfection…the Mac and chz rich creamy I’m coming to your bbq worthy with a added cheesy crust that is so hard to mimic with vegan food but this southern gurl didn’t mis s that touch and was tickled pink. Even the salad was fresh crisp vibrant with a amazing dressing. Definitely some top notch work and chefs secrets at play here. The plantains omg mind blowing…if I could describe what heaven taste like I imagine they were close. The fish and shrimp not only surprised me but delighted me absolutely could have fooled me well seasoned and perfectly crusted. Then fried crispy and delicious…the sauces…omg tarter sauce was my favorite…creamy tangy with a hint of sweet…the apple pie didn’t disappoint either… I can’t wait to come back and try the cheesecake. But the best part of the whole visit was the service and the pride they took in everything. You felt like you were having dinner with friends. Y’all were amazing and definitely worth a 4 hour drive…

This is my second time trying the food here and it hasn’t missed yet. Food comes out quick, the portions are PERFECT and the service is good. Each time, I had someone friendly and helpful with menu selections and recommendations. So far, I’ve tried the Rasta Pasta, Spaghetti (sweet) and the mushroom and Rice Marsala. They all HIT! As a vegan, we absolutely needed more good vegan spots in Columbia just for variety and this one is absolutely one I recommend.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! The food was simply amazing. I particularly loved the seated spaghetti and the macaroni and cheese. The cauliflower bites were also delicious. My mom enjoyed the Rasta pasta, the oyster mushrooms, the shrimp, and the fish.
And let’s not forget about the plantains—they were absolutely out of this world! I highly recommend this place, even though I’m not a vegan (my mom is, and this food is mind-blowing). It’s better than Thanksgiving by far!

The food and service was delicious. Dee, served us and he was very professional and we had great conversation. The restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant and I enjoyed the decorations and the music was very captivating. Enjoy vegan food is exactly what is named says. You’ll enjoy great vegan food. I ordered the chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and beet juice and it was amazing. Everything is made to order and the owners are very nice. They were very accommodating to all of my food allergies. I recommend anyone and everyone to come visit.
