I called and asked if they service through door dash for delivery. He said yes, I let him know I wasn’t able to access it on DoorDash and wanted to know another way. He stated that door dash gets cut off at a certain time I asked what time. He said he did not know. I requested a manager, he said he was the manager and door dash is set on a timer for 8 pm. It is 7:20. I asked why it would be off, he said some one cut it off because it was probably busy. I’m assuming they are short staffed. This location used to be great but in the last 3months the evening staff has declined in service and in overall cleanliness of the store. I urge you if you have to go to this one only go in the morning, that crew is phenomenal. Been going here for years.

I have been a regular customer at this smoothie bar, primarily because it’s conveniently located next to my gym. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing.

Yesterday, the experience was chaotic from the moment I arrived. The line was long, and despite the crowd, there was no acknowledgment from the staff. It felt very disorganized, and it seemed like there was a lack of structure in how things were being managed. Eventually, a staff member (possibly the manager) addressed the line, but the service remained inconsistent. I noticed multiple staff members working on orders while no one was attending the register, causing significant delays. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I received my smoothie, but it was not prepared correctly. It was too watery and not what I expected. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the response was not as helpful as I would have hoped. Of course waiting longer I received another smoothie that was a large (I got a small and they thought they could give me a large to make up). I don’t care about my smoothie size, I care about the customer service. Then the smoothie STILL wasn’t made right. If there was good communication and customer service I wouldn’t care about a mess up or a wait time. But the fact there rude and then getting orders wrong. No. Overall, the disorganization and lack of customer care made this experience very frustrating. I used to go there because of its location, but after this, I will not be returning to waste my money.

I stopped by Pulp on Cedar Road around 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday because I was starving and usually love their smoothies. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown. No one greeted me when I walked in, and when I approached the counter, the girl just stared at me. After an awkward 10-second pause, she finally muttered, “How can I help you?”

While waiting for my order, a guy came out from the back scratching under his shirt with no gloves on—completely unprofessional. His pants were sagging with his boxers hanging out, which was just gross. I also tried asking a simple question about the cookies, but the staff had trouble communicating and seemed disinterested.

As a business owner myself, I’d be furious if this is how my employees represented my brand. If no one steps up and holds this team accountable, they’re going to drive this place straight into the ground. Absolutely unacceptable service. Check the cameras.

The restaurant looked rough inside as well. Little pieces of trash all over, the rugs were crooked. When everything is so bad it makes your food taste bad.

I will say, though that the gentleman that made my sandwich Was very polite And the food was great, but you have to get rid Of that girl at the front. She’s your first point of contact.

Terrible customer service.
First experience a few months ago, the price on the board was not accurate and the older man that works there had a serious attitude with me.
Then today on November 5 around 4:45 PM I walked in, received no greeting, after waiting for 5 minutes at least one of them finally acknowledged me saying “we didn’t forget about you, we’ll get to you when the chaos is done” (they had some online orders and about 4 customers sitting down) they seemed to be taking their time, one of them refilling a liquid, the one in charge appeared to be taking her time conversing with patrons she seemed to know while making the orders. At least 10 minutes in total went by without my order even being taken (I’m the only person standing in line waiting for my order to be taken) I just left.

Store is supposed to open at 7 a.m. On multiple occasions, I have arrived around 7:20 and the store is not open and no employees to be found. Early mornings store is not clean from the previous night. This location is consistently the worst! Hours should be changed if unable to hire workers that can be on time for work.

1st experience was terrible but I gave them the benefit of doubt and this time is was way worse! The older bald headed manager is rude they are extremely slow like everyone is training! Mixing and messing orders up lobby half clean and bad attitudes! I will never be back me or my village.

The staff that worked today on 9/10 between 4 and 6 pm are my hero’s! I left a very expensive pair of sunglasses there and when I returned hours later, they were behind the counter safe.
Thanks for giving me a bit more faith in mankind.

I ordered a large and a regular pulp swirl, and received a regular and a kids pulp swirl. I was then told “I charged you for what you said” completely refusing to acknowledge that he was wrong, and did not offer to fix it. I was also not offered a receipt to double check the order.
