I visited this location, to the closest to my home. I go to Pulp on Mayfield rd. They know me by name. This location. Needs to adapt there customer service experience. First the employee was rude, she served everyone after me first. When asking about my order due to my food allergy they got NASTY. DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION. Retraining on customer service is key. This is why I take the additional ride of 15 min vs 3min.

The wait is too long, to take my order and receive my order, while there were only 5 customers ahead of me and no one after. I waiting greater than 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. There were 3 workers behind the counter and one in the back. The food prep area was very unclean, as is the waiting area. There were 2 young women and one male working but they were extremely unorganized.

Went in there at 8:35p (the sign says they close at 9). The workers had cleaned up and stayed in the back. Tried to get their attention and they would not come out of the back. Apparently, they took it upon themselves to close early.

Honestly the other day I just came from my work out with a great attitude and everything with my work out partner but sadly that was ruined. The guy with all the piercings in his face was veryyyyyy mean and rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. I’m a server my self and that not how I would talk to my guests. Smoothies and juices are generally good. Food is okay. It’s astounding how poor the service is sometimes, though. I waited approx fifty minutes for one smoothie and one wheatgrass shot the other day. They weren’t busy at the time – there appeared to be four workers and just as many customers. The workers were just goofing off with each other, talking to their friends who came in to visit, and generally taking their time. I asked about my purchases twice to which they simply replied, “They’re coming.” Would recommend Fawaky Burst in South Euclid instead.
