Okay, this is absolutely my favorite one.I’ll always be sure to leave five stars when I doordash or when I go to in person. The girls are gorgeous and they work hard.Make no mistake they’re always sweet! I’ve never had a complaint on my smoothie. The manager is mean to them, but other than that, they deserve a raise period. Those are my girls. I have a neurological condition.So I always get stuff from there And i’m never disappointed. Always super clean and fresh smelling. Service is always TERRIBLE! Im talking SUPER unfriendly, so much so that I dont go as much as Id like to just cause I dont want to experience the attitudes. Not nice, not polite, not friendly, not professional! Early morning staff is all very consistent with this and it doesnt matter which person you encounter they are all the same.

I purchased a strawberry banana smoothie this afternoon from this location. The lady who took my order ( no name tag ) did not greet me, ask what I would like, or utter one word. I had to say hi to her to break the awkward silence. The same lady did have a smile and words to some females who came in after me and apparently were picking up on line orders. I generally patronize the Pulp in Independence and only went to the Bagley Road location because it’s near my mother’s home.
I WILL NOT patronize the Bagley Road location again! I feel like people who look like me probably receive the same treatment from this lady at the Bagley Road location. I will definitely make people on my social media accounts aware of my experience today and ask them to boycott the Bagley Road location as well.

Awesome smoothies! We got the protein packer and sugar-free Mango Bomb. The protein packer was peanut butter flavored, thick and delicious. The sugar-free Mango Bomb was very fruity and light. Courteous and polite staff. Pretty pricey ($12.00 for 2 snoothies) but would return.

I have visited many Pulp locations ordering the same protein packer each time and this by far is the worst when it comes to quality. I never had such a bland smoothie EVER. I mean I can’t taste any peanut butter, chocolate or banana. I actually don’t even know what I’m drinking right now. Just tastes like a milk smoothie. Not to mention, it was only me and one other person in there two workers and yet, I had to wait over five minutes for someone to take my order. I don’t recommend this location at all 0 out of 10.

Advertised as healthy but it’s not. When you add Hersheys Chocolate Syrup to your drinks something is absolutely wrong. Tons of sugar, calories and unhealthy. If I was 7 and wanted ice cream covered with Chocolate I would still go somewhere else. I ordered the same drink after workouts until I finally watched them make it. I couldn’t believe they weren’t using cocoa or healthy chocolate powder.

This is a smooth avocado- my fav from here- these workers are amazing- so nice and helpful, as I have soooo many food allergies- they know their stuff and can help if you aren’t able to do certain items, they will recommend a good alternative-

Ordered a PB&G bowl… they forgot the peanut butter and put barely any yogurt. I called the restaurant to let them know they forgot the peanut butter and their only resolution was me driving back up there during rush hour to put peanut butter in my bowl after I spent $8. Then they want me to drive back up there. Horrible management and customer service practices. I will never go back.
