The energy of this location is the most amazing thing ever! I know the girls must be cold from the drive-thru but they are good spirit. I think what gives the energy is the laughs and smiles and the interactions you receive.

Pulp used to be my go-to smoothie joint in Medina, but it’s been going downhill for quite some time now. I went through the drive-through today (1/5/26 @ 1 PM) and asked if they had any ginger-based smoothies. The associate told me that they do not, so I assumed their menu had changed. Their website shows one, so I stop back in to order it.
The (I assume) manager explained that the window associate was new, which I totally understand, so I order my smoothie. As I’m waiting, I hear the manager telling the window associate that she will be responsible for training somebody later. An interesting choice to have a new associate, who doesn’t know the smoothie menu, train somebody.
A few minutes go by, and the associate is making my smoothie, and I hear the manager tell them that they used “too much”. The associate asks if it should be re-made, to which the manager tells her “no.” Figuring that it isn’t a dealbreaker on my smoothie, I don’t say anything.
When they hand it to me, I ask what went wrong with it and the manager attempted to rat out of the question by downplaying that too much concentrate was used in my smoothie. I take a sip and immediately ask for a refund. The manager grows increasingly frustrated at me and lashes out at the associate, telling them to stop talking and get back to work. I talk over the manager to tell the associate that it’s okay and it’s not a big deal, who is staring at me like she’s the shiz and not the most horrendous manager, running the most horrendous operation, with the most horrendous culture.
P.S. I waited 23 minutes for a single smoothie that was wrong.

Walked into pulp at 7 pm on the dot, first thing on the dot on 1/15/26 and girl at front counter was rude. Says we close at 7 – no worries. I know the weather is bad out but there was no apology from her or sign on the door (as she stated). Hours show open til 9. Would have been nice if she was a little more polite.

Nice and bright! A little pricey for a smoothie. Options galore for your smoothie. It took a few minutes to figure out which one I wanted to try. I opted for the cranberry smoothie, it was very good. The staff could use some training on business etiquette. There’s plenty of free parking right in front of the building. Everything is easily accessible for wheelchairs. There’s plenty of room inside to move around. If you have extra money to spend try a smoothie.

Witnessed a mother a dealing with her kids and unfortunately drop a smoothie and the young man(Tucker) working with a smile came over and cleaned the area up for them and was nothing but nice. The smoothies are great as well, but can’t beat that service.

Frequent dasher here. Store has always been up and down with customer service and management. There is a new woman there I do not know her name but she is always working and so polite while the other worker never seems to be doing much or always on the phone. I want to give credit to the new girl because she has only been there for a short time but has made my experience better and easier to go there.

Normally when I go here, it is a good experience. However, today, July 28, 2025, I placed an order for pickup. Online it said it would be ready in 7 minutes. So I rush over to make sure my stuff isn’t cold/melted before picking it up.
The worker there said “we have all these people who are waiting so it’s going to be long.” I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes.
I also put a note on my drink that I can’t have banana. The drink didn’t come with banana, but I wanted to make sure they knew I CANNOT have banana. She proceeded to tell me “I can’t promise there won’t be trace amounts of banana or even a little bit.” Umm. Excuse me? To have a license and certification to have a kitchen and provide food services you have to be trained on how to not cross contaminate. They also have peanut butter in there. So how can they not have a process to NOT cross contaminate?
Overall, very unhappy with the staff this time around. They cleared a whole line of cars outside before I even got my order.

Got mango tango drink gave it to my son to my 3yr old to try. He could’ve had an allergy later was told that it was a protein one and that they made the wrong one. Got the right one still didn’t taste right.

I really like Pulp smoothies overall and want to write a positive review… However, I’m only eating 3 stars due to lack of consistency. For instance, I love the protein packer, but it’s a 50/50 shot if I’m going to get a flavorful one with lots of peanut butter or the watered-down version. It seems like when they’re busy, they cut corners and don’t measure things properly. Heck last time I went there wasn’t even anyone else in there and I still got cruddy smoothie – mostly milk and lumpy/icy. I’d rather wait a few minutes longer and get a quality smoothie. IF I go back, I am no longer leaving tips at check-out. I always try to tip generously, only to get a half-assed smoothie and I’m getting tired of it.
