I personally have too many allergies to ensure a can safely have a smoothie at any Pulp location but my teenager LOVES Pulp and we stop at the Solon location when we’re traveling back n forth from Cleveland Clinic campuses. He has tried a number of their offerings and has never had a complaint about any. Staff is always friendly, prompt, efficient and smiling.

I always come in to get a protein packer extra PB and chocolate best one I’ve received yet! Makenzie and gabby did an excellent job and had amazing teamwork. They were welcoming, fast, clean, and both had awesome personalities. Best service I’ve received at this location keep it up!

Dan and Kayla were very helpful, patient with my mom and I. Dan helped me with my gift card, pick out a great smoothie for exactly what I needed. Kayla made my Mom and I smoothies that were extremely delicious and right on point. There energy was down to earth and easy going. I will definitely be back when I’m back in town.

I’ve noticed some very positive changes since the change in ownership. Yest we rday mid afternoon, I saw two of the young ladies working there cleaning behind the chest freezer. One was telling the other to be sure she scrubbed to get everything up. They work e d well together to finish the cleaning and to make our order.

I went to Pulp this morning to grab a smoothie (strawberry extreme – the best!!). I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in by the two girls working, Katelyn and Kaylee, who were extremely welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend stopping by this location, the staff and smoothie were awesome!!

I have been to this locations a few times, and though they never call out your order – if they’re busy – which is fine, but they barely speak to you. Today, the girl ringing me out/making my smoothies was coughing into her elbow and wiped her face with her sleeve both WITHOUT washing her hands. I find that really jarring.

I come here often and the staff is lazy, does not care about quality or getting the order correct. There is almost always big chunks that get stuck in your straw, and the smoothie can’t be enjoyed properly. Management must be lacking here.
